This was a savior and I got updates as well as the passport when expected.

They charged my bank $140 before i was finished with my application. They then tried to charge me an additional $200 not including fees. There are at least 10 instructional pages for you to go through and by the time you reach paying more money, they will not refund you. I am now out of the $140.

Madeleine helped me out with anything I had a question with and went out of her way to ensure she knew that I was totally pleased with the service and actually remembered me a few days later when I called. She is an exceptional asset to this organization.

Had a great experience with Fastport Passport. Carrie N calmed my fear of using the service since I have never had to renew my passport in a short period of time (going through the regular US Passport Agency seemed a little more difficult and would had to drive to Atlanta to meet in person- 5 hours away). The instructions with Fastport were easy and I recommend you print them out and go step by step. They checked in when they received my documents, throughout the process and when it was shipped out to me. Great experience.

Was kind of skeptical even though they are on the US Passport website as a trusted site. But gave it a whirl anyway. Madeleine was very helpful and patient with me in my experience and helped me along the way. I mailed everything on a Monday to NY and got my Passport Book and Card back in Houston on Friday before noon. Now I'm more than prepared to take my trip to Thailand in a couple weeks. Will use again once its time to renew.

I have to say, I was extremely skeptical about this entire notion that I could get my son’s
passport in less than two weeks, especially since I live in rural Wyoming and the concept of “overnight shipping” is rarely a possibility, nor is Saturday delivery. Because of all these constraints I chose a slightly quicker option than I probably neede to. That said, I processed my application at my local office on a Monday and had the passport at my door that same Friday. Amazing! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was helpful and re-assuring. This service was a life-saver (or trip-saver, more like). Highly recommend!!

I highly highly recommend this agency! Naomi was kind enough to call me and notify me that I had missed a step and forgot some extra paperwork but was able to work with me and get me and my brother a passport in time for my fathers funeral. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I discovered my passport expired the day before a 2-week trip to Mexico. I was skeptical that anything could be done to help, but when I called up, Madeleine answered the phone and told me that it was possible to get renewed in a couple of days, and exactly what steps to take: a photo and a modicum of clear and simple paperwork paired with overnight shipping. I still had to re-book my ticket, but losing a few days is much better than losing a whole 2-week vacation.

Once my materials were received, she saved me again. My professionally taken passport photo was too blurry, but with an iPhone snap against a white background, I was able to send it electronically and Madeleine's team was able to print the photo on their end to make things work.

Every time I felt nervous, I was reassured by quick replies, clear communication, sympathetic words (not to be underestimated in a stressful situation), and confident tones. I was nervous about the process at multiple points simply because I was vested in the outcome and I had spent money on yet another plane ticket and I knew passports normally take weeks to renew. In the end, I got my new passport, and had a great vacation.

Worth the money!! I was skeptical at first that my passport could even come at 8 AM but even better it came at 7:30 AM early!! My documents made it there Monday and I got my passport Wednesday morning (one business day service). Madeleine was superb and an absolute gem in helping and reassuring me every step of the way. My Charge realized that they needed to renew their passport prior to a business trip they were taking in ~3 weeks time. Two weeks prior to a trip to Canada I realized my passport was going to expire the day before we left. Obviously, this was super stressful, but luckily there was Fastport Passport. They do need a few items mailed to them (the most time consuming part was getting the pictures printed) but they have easy and clear instructions for what they need. Once I put everything in the mail, they turned it all around in just a few business days. I was able to get my passport with multiple days to spare before my trip - huge weight off my shoulders!

Fastport Passport managed getting my replacement passport excellently. I called them many times with questions, which were answered quickly and accurately. They never minded and were friendly. With the government shutdown, I was very afraid I may have to cancel my once-in-a-lifetime trip. Fastport came through, calming my fears and getting the passport delivered in time for my trip. I used Fastport Passport based on user reviews and length of time in business. They completed my expedited passport renewal and I had my new passport in-hand exactly 7 business days after they received it, so bravo! The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star review is the lack of order confirmation emails and lack of status updates during the processing. In this day and age we expect a lot of confirmation emails and automatic updates... Thank you Fastport Passport for providing exactly what you promised!
