This company is worth the money. If you’re in a pinch and need your passport ASAP, look no further! Seriously. Madeleine was beyond wonderful and I felt as if I had a friend with connections looking out for me. Everything was so seamless and I felt comfortable leaving it up to them to get me my passport speedily. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone.

Very disappointed with this website! My son attempted to get a passport from Fastport Passport. He thought he correctly filled out everything…Fastport Passport took our credit card information and billed it. Not once did he receive anything not even an email so we contacted Fastport. Yes it had been over the 2 days, it was a week. So I called Fastport, I spoke with a very nice person and I told her what happened and she told me to fill out and send in a refund request on the website… she never mentioned anything about a time frame or we understand you had problems.

In bold print on Fassport's website is the following “Our process is quick, simple, and secure”. I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING SIMPLE. NO WARNINGS ABOUT @ DAY CANCELLATIONS.

I chatted with someone on the website and they where going to have someone contact me……Now I’m waiting on someone to contact me about my problem, I still haven’t received anyone contacting me…..My son is out $149.00 for going to this website………………Sad!!!!!

I’ve read some review where Fastport Passport has given a refunded to people for this issue. FASTPORT PASSPORTis a shady website!!!!!!!

This company deserves all the 5 star reviews !! When we found out that we needed a service like this one I will be honest and say we doubted and were skeptical that they could guarantee exactly what they said they could. We took the chance and they truly delivered exactly what is advertised on their website. Bonus that with the staff and communication throughout the process. Madeleine was professional, polite, helpful and honest regarding the time frame and how to proceed to make sure that we were satisfied customers. I wish more companies could follow the same honest and ethical commitment to their customers.

I have never had to get a passport before Wana because I was so scared of the trip and flying, I had procrastinated to the last minute. A lady by the name of Madeline had taken care of me just weeks before my departure and made sure I got my passport just in the Knick of time to leave. She was very patient and gave me all the information I needed and when I didn’t provided enough information she walked me through to giving more to make sure I had everything complete. I absolutely and completely want to thank Madeline and Fastport for all their services and making this trip a great one!! Y’all are the best!

Arrived three days later than expected. FedEx is a hell of a weak link in the operation. Because it happened over a weekend, there was no support to help me figure out what was going on or how to fix it. Supposedly I could track it through their website, but it required an account that I was never prompted to create when I purchased the service nor could I find any way of creating one. The lack of support outside of 9-5 M-F is a big problem in a business where success and failure can be determined by a few hours.

Amazing service and communication!! Nick and Madeleine saved the day and helped get our 3 year old his passport for a last minute vacation. They answered every question and made the process super easy. We even got the passport a day earlier than expected!! All of this around the Christmas holiday. Anyway, if you are in need of a rushed passport service, call Nick & Madeleine at Fastport Passport!!

Madeleine was a complete pleasure to work with. She was always available, very responsive and completely on top of it! Would recommend this company to anyone. They made it happen and were lovely to deal with thought the entire process.

I really wish companies would be more upfront with nonrefundable fees. They took $35 out of ny refund, which is pretty inconvenient for me, especially since they didn’t even provide me with a service...

Update: I did not secure my passport. I went to the passport agency in downtown Chicago and was told that I couldn’t use the service in my case. So I’ll be waiting about a week and a half after my supposed to be flight takes off. Oh well.

My husband/I were 15 days away from our vacation when I realized that his passport had expired. I chose the 8-14 day time frame to get our passport back and we received his renewed passport within 7 days. While it costs extra money, it was worth every penny to have peace and not have to worry about his passport coming in time. The instructions were easy and the customer service is quick to respond. Hopefully next time it expires I'll realize it ahead of time, but if I don't I will definitely use Fastport Passport again. Thank you for your help and so glad we will be able to enjoy our vacation!

FASTPORT PASSPORT was an absolute lifesaver, at least in my case. I had been in the US to be at my Father's side when he passed away. Less than 24 hours before my scheduled return to my home in Europe, I realized my passport was nowhere to be found. Given the extreme short notice, it would have been impossible for FASTPORT to obtain a replacement passport in time for my originally scheduled flight, but they absolutely came through 100% on everything they promised. The FASTPORT agent assigned to my case (Madeleine H) stayed in constant contact with me, walking me through the process step-by-step insuring that everything went smoothly and expeditiously. While replacing a lost passport is probably not supposed to be a pleasant experience, and certainly one that I intend to avoid in the future, FASTPORT's expert and very personal assistance certainly gave me a lot of comfort and made my experience with them a lot less scary than it could have/should have been.

I cannot begin to explain how this company bent over backwards to ensure I received my passport on time for my last-minute international trip. Nick D. assisted me each step of the way, not missing a single update or detail in his consistent communication with me. He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed to complete the process. All of the other agents that assisted me were very courteous and were prompt to help and answer any questions I had. I read multiple reviews before I decided to use Fastport Passport and I am so happy that I did. The turnaround time was exactly what you pay for. If you have any questions, just ask their staff because they are 1. Responsive, 2. They Go Over the Process with You, and 3. Professional. You need a registered agency to go on your behalf to the Passport Agency. Not only is Fastport Passport a registered company, they have special time slots at the Passport Agency, so they can really expedite your service. I had the pleasure working with Madeleine H. She was extremely helpful and polite. I emailed her a bunch of questions and I always received an instant response. She even filled out passport form DS-11 for me because I had trouble with the Government's online system. Thanks again!

If you are unfortunate enough to find out that you needed to renew your passport before your travel in a few days, Fastport Passport is your sure bet. They don’t fail you. In fact, my application was rejected the 1st time and I was going crazy, Madeleine and Carrie calmed me down, and resubmitted it the next morning and got me the new passport in the evening. They are real professionals, constantly kept me informed, giving much needed assurance and support all through the process. Thanks Madeleine and Carrie for your service.

Madeleine H from Fastport Passport was very professional and very responsive. She kindly provided me with the full range of different options available to me and shared all the information I needed in order for me to make the most informed decision possible.

They need to let it be known upfront there is $50 nonrefundable cancel charge. I filled out app by mistake thinking it was the government website to obtain a passport and it wasn't. I quickly cancelled and later received a phone call about the change. The information is listed on their site, I don't dispute that, however that is information that should should be in plain site and upfront. My mistake cost me $50 and that is the reason for the 1 star because they were not helpful at all! And the rest of my money will be refunded in 10 business days.

Fast Passport was excellent, kept me informed putting my mind at rest and renewed my passport quickly and efficiently. Well Done. I would recommend you without reservation

My spouse astutely noted that although we had travel reservations to the UAE in 2 weeks, her passport would expire in less than six months and the airlines would not allow us to board. So I went online and read reviews on the various passport agencies. Fastport had the better reviews, and now I know why! They were exceptional at every turn, even when the US Passport Agency denied our first shot at photos. Super impressed with the level of service! I was going on vacation and realized the week before that my passport was expiring on the date of my return. I was worried I would have to cancel my trip but thanks to Madeleine and Fastport Passport my vacation was saved! Madeleine walked me through all the steps and even reviewed my scanned documents before I mailed them out. They were fed-exed on a Monday and I had my Passport by Thursday morning.
