Nice looking pens
Shipping was quick. The pens look very nice and the grip is comfortable. They are not very durable though. Several in the shipment had fallen apart and could not be reassembled.

Make customizing a wrap as an option on the pens, otherwise speedy delivery. The print was too small to read on two lines.

Not So Fastpens
I placed my order on 10/7/2023 for my event, which was 10/13-10/15/2023. I received my order on 10/16/2023 🙄. I had called on 10/10 and was told that I would have my order by 10/13/2023. I called on 10/13 to get a status and was given a tracking number and saw that my order was shipped and was en route from Mexico 🤔. Website says that the company is in Atlanta, Ga.. There's no way I would have ordered pens from this company had I known they were coming from Mexico and wouldn't be here in time. Then you could barely see my name on the pens. Very disappointed 😞

Size Compared to Actual Size Preview
The pens are great for the price. The printing is even good. The only issue is I printed an "actual size" proof and the logo on the pens I received is WAY smaller then on the proof. Other then that I'm happy with the product.
