They rectified the first issue we had…
They rectified the first issue we had promptly which is good. However the quality of the pens is pretty poor, the ball of the pen barely purtrudes the nose cone so unless you're holding the pen completely vertical, the nose cone scratches the paper making it a very rough write and making the text thin and almost opaque.

Amazing Service, Would Buy Again
Not only were the pens delivered incredibly quickly, they were high-quality and the print was spectacular. This was the only website that didn't have a minimum limit, so I'm very glad the product was of high quality.
