Lack of Transparency: My journey with FasterPay began four months ago when I initiated a conversation about integrating their services with my business. Despite the prolonged wait, they eventually rejected my application without providing any clear explanation. The lack of transparency left me in the dark, wondering what went wrong.
Poor Customer Support: Throughout the process, their customer support consistently failed to meet basic expectations. Responses took an agonizingly long time, often stretching to a week or more. Has gone downhill
It's been a month since I opened ticket "AT-240209-Z4LQ" and still waiting on my pending balance of several months. This is on a business account that has been verified for years. It shouldn't take a negative review to resolve this.
Also since last year a lot of credit cards are getting declined. They told me that those cards are not supported and recommend using a different payment method instead of fixing such critical issues.

Applications take forever
I will be fair I haven’t used FasterPay yet so I will not give a full review but it has been very frustrating to open an account. I am currently in a sticky situation where Im launching a new drop and getting a payment provider is very time sensitive for me I made it clear that it was but have yet to hear back on my application. At first I opened an account thinking I could integrate it to my shopify but my application took over a week to be checked and I was told it was a personal account and I needed a business. I have now opened a business account and still have yet to hear back on my approval, it has taken way longer then it should have their response times are very slow (customer service/application review)

ITS SCAM. I've been trying to create a BSS account for weeks, but they don't approve my documents and close every ticket from me. It's not a safe place where you can save your money, and if something happens, they won't respond because they will never answer you, and your money will be lost.

DON'T USE...could be a scam for all I know
I gave them my card details, but "unfortunately" they could not process the payment at the moment...then I don't want to be registered with an account, but can't get in touch with customer service to delete...and there is no delete-button
REPLY/update from me: Well, I had the payment as single purpose, and as it didn't work and I wasted a lot of time, I think 1 star is the right score - no, it's probably not a scam, but the thought popped up, as it is very hard to delete your account: it takes a chat correspondance that spans for days - don't go there!

Ok i ignored the reviews and just went with fasterpay,i don't wanna give a one star they really helped me out inputting everything for the kyb but i've sent it in like a week ago and haven't gotten a response since,if ive been approved for the payment gateway or not, am still waiting while my store is just there doing nothing and me having to pay a monthly plan on it,please,if i do get an answer i'll just rank it to 5 stars cause nothing wrong with them it's just really slow, ticket number: AT-230904-1R71

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I uploaded my documents to verify my account like 2 weeks ago, yesterday they told me that my documents were pending/rejected I asked why, nobody replied, opened like 10 chats and still no reply and closing the chats after 1 hour without prior notice, without any help. Searched for the restricted business models, still not a single clue of why my business is not being approved since I SELL BOOKS, not any of the items in the category of the provided items they have. Many of my chats are:

Very poor support experience. I uploaded all the documents that they were asking. Nevermind the fact that they were rejected, I just asked what was the issue and how I could fix it, but no response. Wrote support again, still no answer. ery unprofessional.

Don't Use This! Not recommended.
I made a new account. All of my paperwork and personal and business information have been submitted. Then they request that I present them with a genuine selfie of myself and my ID. So I did. They continued to ignore me despite my extensive responses to all of their inquiries. It seriously infringes upon people's privacy and is unprofessional. Such a thing has never happened to me before. I've sent several messages, but no one has replied. I advise everyone to use other companies because they are more dependable and superior.

Money lost, customer support is useless
Sent money to my friend, and they never arrived.
Customer support only gives a self-made "invoice" that I can't show to the recipient's bank (cause the "invoice" doesn't have ANY useful information like date, transaction number, etc.) and they also refuse to contact the sending bank (which is "Caixa Geral de Depósitos") and refuse to provide me the payment confirmation from the bank.
There's no chance to _talk_ with support cause they just closing tickets after the first meaningless reply.
In fact, the money are just stolen.

The worst customer service ever
Besides the fact that they accept so much payment systems, they have the worst customer service. I have asked them to make the business model check again, and they closed the conversation after 5 minutes without even saying something.

Not only they have locked my money, now they are lying how they've sent it to my bank account..
Of course the bank doesn't know anything about this and I've just checked the account and the money was returned to FasterPay as they rejected the transactions.. Of course FasterPay charged me $10 fee..
