I had a very straightforward claim, over the phone, Fast Cover Travel Insurance told me it all sounded normal and no issues. Upon filing in the paperwork with the same information they rejected my claim. I have tried 3 times to get it reviewed. Very dishonest company. Don't be fooled by their replies to customer complaints, they have no compassion.

Beware sneaky policy terms
Beware policy terms - sneaky
Booked whilst abroad as other insurance ran out and could not renew. Had an incident were baggage was delayed after the time when the insurance should have kicked in and had to argue back and forward and in the end they said the claim for delayed baggage and emergency clothing needed to have $750 spent and there was a $500 excess (who the hell spends over that amount for emergency clothing if delayed 24 hours - its a complete sham of a clause) Have had this situation with Chubb and they have always reimbursed no problems. Beware this sham company

Fast Cover Travel Comprehensive Insurance
I used Fast Cover Travel Insurance for my first trip to the US last year and had a very good experience overall. The policy was easy to understand and set up, and everything was handled clearly from the start.
I do have diabetes, so I needed specific medical cover and paid a bit extra for that, but the process was straightforward and transparent, with no confusion about what was or wasn’t covered.
Thankfully I didn’t need to make a claim while travelling, but the peace of mind was there, especially for a longer and more expensive trip like the US. I’d happily use Fast Cover again and would recommend them to others, particularly if you need pre-existing medical cover.

Available to answer questions
Great to be able to speak to a human being at anytime
and found them quite helpful, so far so good. I just got cruise travel insurance, so the real test in an insurance company is when somebody has to make a claim. Obtaining a policy I felt they were very easy to deal with and had the time to guide you through the process and their pricing was very reasonable.

Hassle free cover
I found Fast Cover really easy to organise insurance , and I needed to add extra days which was no hassle for them and cost hardly a cent more . The price was reasonable .
I’m leaving on my trip tomorrow and I hope I don’t need to make a claim . So I’m not sure how that would go if unfortunately I had to .

Great Travel Insurance
What I find with Fast Cover Travel Insurance is that it is uncomplicated, easy to purchase plus the pricing seems very competitive also. It is possibly my 3rd of 4th time purchasing however it is for total peace of mind as ‘touch wood’ I have not found the necessity to claim.

Excellent support from Fast Cover
Following an unfortunate medical emergency in France, treatment for which continued over several months, the professionalism and support of Fastcover was excellent from start to finish.
The email and telephone support from the Emergency Assistance team while we were away was excellent. We felt supported and knew that there was help available should we need it.
Fastcover's review and assessment of our claim was undertaken in a very timely manner. We were advised when the claim would be assessed, and then the company even responded ahead of that timeline.
I should add that throughout the long process, I was fastidious in keeping receipts, recording all medical interventions and associated expenses, and maintaining open and frequent communications with the Emergency Assistance team. I think this probably helped the claims procedure progress swiftly and smoothly.

I had delayed luggage issue and an airline that was putting me through the ringer. I came back and was so stressed but Fastcover was really great to deal with. They even sent me a reminder to make sure to lodge before my claim period covered and it was a very easy way to claim online.
