Terrible and they robbed us of our money. Flight was cancelled and they never informed us. Flight was cancelled due them over booking had I not tried to see any updates on my flight I would have never known. They charged 6 hundred and change for a flight that cost 3 and change. So I was only credited the $300. Now nobody knows nothing. Ripoffs at its finest. I’m having this investigated.

NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS BOOKING PLACE IS A SCAM. I HAD A CONFIRMATION # AND BOOKING # TOOK MY HUSBAND TO THE AIRPORT AND THERE WAS NOOOOO BOOKING IN EXISTANCE. WHEN I CALLED FARE BUDDIES THEY SAID THEY COULD FIX IT FOR 1200$$$$$$$ ITS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANY RATING OVER 1* ITS WILL COST YOU A SMALL FORTUNE

Very helpful even when the airline messed up my ticketing. Ron was very understanding and very helpful as the change in flight information was close to the date of travel but it all went smooth.

DO NOT BUY FLIGHTS THROUGH THIS AGENCY.

Summary: Extremely rude worker, unreliable website, book a certain flight, receive no confirmation and when you call to confirm they will say that your booking is no longer available, they will give you a longer trip with more layovers and say that despite this, you cannot cancel the booking.

Story:
After 8 days of no confirmation after buying the flight, I called and after being on hold for 30 minutes I was told that my return flight had been moved from one layover to two layovers and delayed by a whole day. Victor (ID 404), was extremely rude and unprofessional, had a terrible attitude and tone, he said that if I needed to be back by my original date, I should not fly at all. After telling him where to go and hanging up the phone, I was called back by Travis (ID 476) who was much more polite and very apologetic. He said that I would be able to fly back on my original date, but nothing could be done about the 2 layovers (meaning 4 flights instead of 3), despite KLM and AirFrance both showing better alternatives available for that same day on their website. This means that my return trip has been extended from 13 hours to 18 hours, for the same price, and with no chance of cancellation, despite the very drastic and inconvenient change.

I will not be using this travel agency ever again, just book through the official websites, it will be less stressful, more professional, faster, and the same price, if not cheaper.

Scam website. Made reservations online. Wanted almost 1 week and did not receive confirmation email. Called the airline and no tickets under our name. Booked directly a new flight with airline directly. Almost 2 weeks later, within 24 hours from the original flight time, receive a call from farebuddies. At first I thought it was the airline calling for the new reservation. However, the person from farebuddies did not speak well English. She tried to upscale the cost by trying to collect additional fees for baggages (although the original purchase included baggages). When we said we did not need any baggages appeared to be upset and was saying that the return flight was not confirmed and cost would need to go up. I did realized it was not the airline but rather them trying the bait and switch scam. They said the purchase was non reimbursable (even thought they claim that the return flight was no longer available). However it did not appear that they ever changed my card and were simply trying to change a larger amount. After menacing them thst I would report them as scammers on my credit card, they transfer me to a manager which tried to argue and change me more. Finally, he said no need to report as scam since my card was not changed and thst he would cancel the reservation. I did call my bank, reported the scam and csncelled my card.

Avoid them like leprosy which they will probably get as karma for criminally scamming folks. My wife thought she was getting a good deal and booked with them. Same script- call back from them to say airline declined the price necessitating upcharges followed by threats over the phone of us not geing able to get a better fare elsewhere. Immediately canceled the deal since no tickets were delivered. 5 months later we see fraudulent charges on the card provided. FRONTIER GDS fare/reservation 3rd party processing company needs to can these fraudulent morons from their platform ASAP

Horrible service. I booked a ticket and they called me a few hours later to tell me they needed to charge me almost double!!! But that I would get a refundable ticket. Apparently during all this they moved the date I had booked and I missed that flight. When I called up to get a refund, surprise surprise, they couldn’t refund me.

They are scammers and i am sure the positive review on here are paid reviews. They issue booking confirmation then cancelled the ticket and keep your money.

I think this is a very safe website, yes the way the work is different as once you book your ticket they will not confirm that they will mail and call you explain you the details and ticket type,

after the I booked the ticket they send me the boarding passes and all they selected seats , meals overall I was happy with the services

I would suggest to call them to book rather than booking online

WARNING they offer bookings at prices that in fact do not exist, then try to ask you for more money. We lost hotel and flight at better rates just for waiting for them. This looks like a scam

Extremely shady company. I booked a round trip, gave my credit card and received the confirmation email. An hour later I called them to confirm my flight and they told me it was cancelled because the airline did not confirm the flight. I then booked a one way on their site, gave my credit card again, and received a confirmation email. 24 hours later I called to confirm all was good. They told me I was on standby with the airline and hung up. Almost impossible to talk to them as it sounded like 2 people where sharing the same chair and headset. I then called back again 5 minutes later and they explained my flight had been cancelled since Copa Airlines was not accepting reservations from Farebuddies. This despite Copa Airlines showing lots of flights on their website. They assured me that my card had not been charged and when I checked my card I see a charge that appears to be from them. Stay clear of this company!

Purchased tickets on their website and they canceled my reservation without telling me. I noticed they hadn’t sent me my confirmation so I called them and they told me the airline denied their request. Would not recommend booking through this agency.

Katie was very nice and helped with our family tickets with a stop over that needed extra details. It was handled very professionally!

Was no able to contact customer service or someone to help me. I made and pay a reservation with TAP and not been able to verify or confirm it.

Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. Not honoring the advertised fare. Claiming that the airline didn't "accept" the fare? Then why bother advertising it? Called saying that this fare is not available, it did not include checked bags which would be $120 more and then advertising that another higher fare from a different airline. This is a classic "Bait N Switch ". Buyer beware
