They are scamming consumers!!!

They are scamming consumers do not trust them. They have a call centre setup of Indian nationals and they are giving out false statements that seats are not available and your booking hasn't been fully confirmed. They are trying to charge you more money to book your flight, saying that there are no seats available! they do not actually make a booking with the airlines and they call you and never send any confirmation email with the tickets in the confirmation or reservation confirmed with the airline.
