Bella worked with me over the phone to fix a booking that couldn't be confirmed.

We had never heard about farebubble before, it was our first tune transacting with them. We were little skeptical at first but the deal they brought us was worth taking the risk. I am very happy with the service. They send you an email notification as soon as you process the order with them woth their confirmation. It 24 to 48 hours for you to get the final confirmation with the e-ticket. We got ours in 15 hours. The travel agent also contacts you to confirm. They send a text and reach out to you as well. It was a very personable experience. I would surely recommend the website.

We bought tickets online and that flight ended up being overbooked. Kevin was polite and patient in finding a good deal with a different ticket.

One area where Farebubble can improve is reducing the wait time for talking to a customer service representative.

I discovered FareBubble via Momondo. After monitoring prices across other platforms, I purchased a ticket for a better price than others I was seeing. Unfortunately the original flight was overbooked, BUT Jennifer called, followed up with a text to alert me. After a quick call and email to confirm, she was able to get me seats on another flight with a similar itinerary as originally booked, and better airline for a small change fee.
Excellent communication and customer service took my day from stressful to filled with relief. This is my first time using FareBubble, but it certainly won’t be my last.

This is my 2nd time using Farebubble in 2 weeks. My representative Elena was efficient and polite. I found this company when I searched flights on Momondo. You will need at least 24 hours to receive your e-ticket (payment confirmation happens approx 1-2 hours after transaction. Don’t worry, they are legitimate (I was nervous my first time) but here I am booking another flight and I have my e-ticket confirmed and in the Delta system. I recommend the company and will use them again soon. Thank you Elena for your help and quick service
