Farebubble was able to accommodate my needs after my flight was unavailable. The communication Hazel kept with me was prompt and informative.

Hazel Williams was my booking agent and she went above and beyond to not only book our flights, but contact Delta for us to fix an issue when they changed our reservation. She’s been extremely easy to communicate with and has made this whole experience so much easier!

Carla Rosa was so helpful in booking our flights to Belize City. She went above and beyond and booked our seats together with our friends and she was exceptional!! Thank you Carla!

Bella Smith was super helpful with booking our flight to Belize. Our tickets were $300 cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Our original flight was overbooked so we got a red eye instead, but either way we weren’t getting much sleep, so it worked out fine. My only complaint would be that the connection at times seems poor and there is a lot of background noise, but I appreciated Bella being patient and repeating herself when I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Thank you again, Bella, for helping us book these tickets to get us to our beach destination!!!

The price on the website isn't confirmed, and for some reason, they require talking to you on the phone to get anything done. They left a voicemail, but the person on the voicemail had an accent, the call quality was horrible, and their phone system dropped out so I have no idea what they said. I called back and had to wait on hold for a while. I have limited minutes, so I had to borrow someone else's phone. Then the call quality had similar issues when I called. They said my price had increased 45% compared to what I was quoted. Why couldn't they just have charged me when I made the order? Why must things be handled on the phone? If it's a website, everything should be handled on the website and quoted prices should be honored. I ended up cancelling my order and will monitor prices looking for a better deal in the coming days on another website instead. Even if you get the deal you want with this site, I don't think it's worth the risk of losing a good deal because you have to wait for a phone call as the prices increase. Try to find a similar deal elsewhere instead, even if it's a little more.

Bella Smith did a wonderful job. This was my 1st time using Farebubble and I would say so far it’s been good. My only complaint is that the connection was was really bad and it made it very difficult to communicate. Otherwise; the service was great.

I was skeptical the first time I used them because their prices were much lower than any other place I looked & they were Economy seats, not Basic. I will continue to use Farebubble for future flights & highly recommend them to family & friends.

This was an interesting experience. As others are saying, I did get hit with the "Sorry, that flight is full now" phone call, so my tickets ended up being about $30 more apiece than I originally hoped. But given that that was still about $100 apiece cheaper than buying directly from any of the airlines I checked, I was okay with it. Jennifer managed to find us a flight with nearly identical times to our original one, which was very important, and I'm quite content with the price. The only unsettling part was the timing. I got the first ticket about a day after we found the new flight, and I got the rest of them a day after that. Same flight and everything, not sure why it took the time it did, but we ended up getting them all (and on the same flight) in the end.

Hi, I booked a flight from farebubble two days ago. You send me an email like your booking reference number is E68BD1 and your booking is under progress. I had live chat with momondo and they said you will reach out to me in two hours. But nobody call me for 24 hours. I called you several times but I can't reach you, I emailed to you three times, nobody replied. Im really anxious if I did right to book a flight from you. Could you please someone give me an information about my flight. While I m waiting hearing from you the other flight prices increasing. Could you please help?!!

Booked a flight found on Momondo, and same story as so many others here. Got a call the next day saying that flight advertised was “overbooked” and offered me a different ticket on a less desirable flight for more money. Agreed to the new flight because I just needed something booked, them saying they would email me my confirmation within 24 hours. Instead they called me again next day to figure out seat assignment and confirm. Had to wait in the phone with them for several emails and texts to come through. Having set out to do all this painlessly online, in all probably spent a couple of hours I did not have sitting on the phone with them. Annoying.

The ultimate was when the rep texted me a link to Trust Pilot here and told me she would wait on hold for me to complete this review before issuing me my final confirmation number. What?? I declined and said I could not yet give a review until our transaction was complete and ticket verified with the airline. She had the audacity to be surprised by this, but finally sent a confirmation number which I promptly verified directly on the airline’s phone app.

When all was said and done, I do now have a real reservation I was able to confirm on the airline app. It was still *slightly* less expensive than listed on the airline’s website, however last I checked now that it’s been a few days that original “overbooked” flight I originally attempted to book is still listed for the same low price on Momondo. Seems like the bait and switch plan is farebubble’s way operating. Between that tactic and the hassle of multiple phone calls and sitting on hold forever, I won’t be booking with farebubble again.

I really appreciate that John Smith was able to help me with the purchase of my tickets. He was so patient, understanding, helpful, a great listener and willing to help me out. I would definitely contact him again for my future travel. I would like to thank him and let him know to keep up an excellent job.

They booked me on a overbooked flight that I saw on momondo, the new one of course was more expensive. They customer rep communication was terrible over email, the format of the email was all over the place which left me wondering if it was a scam. I really hope I actually get on that flight.

I must admit I was skeptical when I sought to purchase air tickets online. However, this decision led to my interaction with two of the most professional, helpful, kind and respectful sales persons I have ever met. They are Leon and Hazel Williams. Their thoughtful, careful guidance, consideration and patience had to be highlighted. Thank you so much for making a very difficult situation tolerable and not as stressful as it could be. Based on these two individuals I would definitely use Farebubble again in the future. All the best in your future endeavours.

Classic bait and switch. You book a fare, the next day they call you saying the flight is fully booked, then offer you a completely different flight - in my case they offered to get me one with 1 stop and the red eye, instead of a non-stop fare as was advertised. They had the audacity to tell me the flight I wanted was $5,000 now, lol!

This is a different kind if agency. They have tickets even after the airline says they are sold out. Also when booking last minute there prices are at a deep discount to what the airline website says. It can be a little hit and miss though as the flight they advertise really might be sold out. Knowing that going in I would continue to use them.

While they couldn’t confirm their website prices for two of my initial bookings, they were able to find me comparable deals! No complaints!
