I ordered a jacket and a shirt on the 27th december, I know its the holiday period but the money was take from my account on the 29th, heard nothing for about 10 days, then got an email to say sorry the shirt is out of stock, will send you a refund, i sent an email back to say i would try a smaller size which was in stock, had no reply, still had no reply but the refund was quite quick, pretty poor service in my opinion.

Update - they are now disputing my bank charge back, even though they never sent the items and cannot provide proof to my bank they have. Avoid them at all costs.

Do not order from here. Done orders years ago in the past but this one was horrendous. Waited 2 weeks for my items to be sent and nothing. Emailed them and waited for day, nothing. So I’ve now had to do a claim through my bank to get my money back. Thankfully they sided with me as I’d spent almost £50. Really disappointing.

Avoid this scam company!! I ordered Rhys Irwin t-shirts nearly two weeks ago and my order never progressed after a week so I sent messages via their website and email and when I eventually got a reply they told me the stock had been moved to brands. I ordered way before the next BSB round. Customer service really couldn't give a damn and I've now raised a dispute with my bank as they've gone quiet when I've told them to refund me....shocker!!!

Shocking every time I order there is always an issue. Stuff takes ages to arrive and wrong size my most recent order only one item arrived after me contacting company to see why the delay.

Do not order from fanmerch online as they have no interest in despatching your goods or contacting you about it.
I ordered a hoodie and cap which was on the website as being in stock 6 weeks later after me contacting them on numerous occasions with still not a single call back or email from them I contacted them again to be told the same thing that they have put one aside and it's getting shipped tomorrow which I have been told about 5 weeks in a row I got that sick of waiting for this year's merch which would be last year's by time I finally get I have cancelled my order and now wonder how long it will take to get my refund
Not happy at all useless company avoid ordering on line never doing it again

Ordered some items from them on 12th of August 2025 it was sent to yodel for delivery they then lost my parcel and told me to get in touch with Fanmerch to put in a claim emailed them several times and nothing absolutely terrible customer service avoid ordering anything with this company.this is the second time I have had problems with them quick to take your money but not bothered with sorting out problems

I placed an order with Fan Merch on 4-Aug. I was really chuffed as the item I ordered was out off stock from the online shop I usually purchase from.

Was super happy they were showing as having stock. Delivery was 4-5 working days, again thought great.
5 days passed and no item.

I rang Fan Merch on 13-Aug enquiring were my order was.

I was advised that they don't hold the item in stock, they place the order through the supplier.

They said they'd chase the supplier and that the item would be with me in 2-3 days.

I asked if this was definite, they gentleman said yes.

I explained that the reason I ordered from them was because the size I wanted was out of stock from the supplier, and they were showing as having in stock. The gentleman reiterated that I would get the item.

Rang Fan Merch again on 19-Aug to say item not arrived, I had ordered the item as a present. Very disappointed as now late for the birthday.

I also emailed the company on 8-Aug and 11-Aug, and received no response to either email.

The guy I spoke to said he'd send an email and call me back later on that afternoon...
...I was still waiting the next day for a phone call. I rang Fan Merch again and cancelled the order.

No doubt I would still be waiting now. I would not recommend ordering from Fan Merch, reviews on their website are mixed.

I had a bad experience, to be fair, they refunded the item no questions asked. Literally no questions asked.

I won't be ordering from them again.

At no point did Fan Merch email me to say there would be a delay in the item, and they should not be saying item would be delivered in 4-5 days.

Waited nearly 5 weeks for my items missing a birthday. I rang and left a voicemail twice, emailed twice and contacted through the website twice all of which were ignored. I didn't even get an apology or anything. I will pursue this further especially with the item missing a birthday and the fact that the order was over £100

Ordered a present for my partners birthday.
After 2 weeks item still had not arrived despite it saying 4 to 5 working days for delivery.
Contacted the company to be told it hadn't been sent and they didn't know why.
As it was now past his birthday date, I cancelled the order.
Another week on and no refund has yet been issued.
I will be claiming back vis PayPal and will not be ordering from this company again as they are either not trustworthy or not a well run establishment.

I bought 2 items from this company.

They were supposedly Large when I am normally Medium/Large so played it safe with Large but the sizings were ridiculously small.

I returned them after "confirming they could be returned" as is their policy. The returns were fully tracked.

I heard nothing and when I inquired they said they had been refunded 6 days earlier. No email to tell me they had refunded of course

They were paid by Paypal and refunds appear almost instantly but can take a couple of days to appear on your credit card.

I got my money back via a paypal claim (hence why I always use paypal where I can) otherwise probably would have never seen it.

There is no evidence there was a refund so in my book not to be trusted.
