Worse courrier service ever. My shipment is with them for 5 days, still not delivered. Discussed today on the phone, was promised delivery today, not happened. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE AVOID, IF YOU WANT YOÙR SHIPMENT DELIVERED EVER!!!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. The driver couldn't even call me to tell me the he's here then proceeded to yell my head off because obviously if he didn't call me I couldn't pick up. Truly disasterous.

Cea mai rapida companie de curierat ...dar nu-și respecta contractele ....mai ales cu olx....au niște pretenții de ambalare de te doare capul ...😔

If I wasn't home when the courier came, they wouldn't give me the package. I spent 2 hours on the "customer relations" line and no one answered me. Never in time, never professional. They are the worst that have ever delivered anything to me.

A miserable carrier company!

They only lying, scamming, deceiving... feel free to add anything that's worse about their services, and believe me, you won't share mistakes but clearly the real true! I was cheated so many times by them, I can't stand any longer! Just avoid FAN Courier in Romania, since there's nothing good in their work!

the most horrible delivery service i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. it's been almost a month since i ordered something and it's not here. i called to see if something happened with my package and after i had to listen at least ten times to the ai voice telling me to get the app and talk with their ai assistant (both of which i did and i can't decide which one is more useless) before i got to someone, i was told that they would look into it and contact me later. i was not contacted in four days and after i called again i was told that my package was lost. the last time i ever use these people

Nici o stea nu merita fantomatica companie. Sau dacă poate fi numita asa. Experientele cu ea sunt vai și amar, și as alege altă companie instant. Am avut recent o experienta neplăcută cu fan. N-au fost în stare sa ridice un colet de la temu timp de 4 zile apoi mi l-au returnat. Jalnic. Cine are posibilitatea sa folosească alta companie sa o facă. Practic și o stea este prea mult pt ei

I wish I could give 0 - this is BY FAR THE WORST company I've ever dealt with. I had the worst ever experience with them and I wish them to go out of business PERIOD.

They delivered my packages late all the time. Once I Even had to go and get my package from their storage (and obviously I had to pay for the full delivery) . A month ago I ordered something and they had told me that they lost it. I paid online and now no money, no package. I wrote an e-mail to them and they told me that they will send the package urgently. Yet here I am like I said with no money and no package!

Of I could give -1, I would definitely do. Packages from Amazon lost twice, they never sent me any instructions or where the packages actually are. Scam courier, I seriously can't comprehend why a big company like Amazon uses this disastrous courier.

Am avut o experiență extrem de neplăcută cu serviciile Fan Curier. Comanda mea a fost în tranzit timp de aproape jumătate de an, iar când în sfârșit a ajuns, coletul era deteriorat vizibil. Este inacceptabil ca o livrare să întârzie atât de mult, iar în plus să ajungă într-o stare atât de proastă.

Pe lângă întârzierea considerabilă, am fost nevoit să plătesc întreaga sumă a taxei de livrare, deși coletul nu a fost livrat în condiții corespunzătoare. Serviciul clienți nu a oferit soluții satisfăcătoare și nu am primit nicio despăgubire sau ajutor în privința acestei situații.

Recomand cu mare reticență această firmă, având în vedere experiența negativă pe care am avut-o.

I really want to show my gratitude by writing this review ! I want to compliment, to praise two employees , two couriers Mircea and Lucian from Satu Mare who are respectful, considerate and polite ! They delivered the packages on time always in flawless condition !!! Not just once or twice or thrice !!! I am talking about the last ten years !!! Thank you !!!

Cred ca sunt cei mai lenesi din breasla, in loc sa livreze la adresa au incarcat coletul intr-un locker la cativa km distanta. Inteleg daca il puneau la cateva sute de metrii dar la distanta asta puteau la fel de bine sa nu livreze.
Incompetenta, prostie si nepasare, atributele care ii caracterizeaza.

Would give -1 stars if possibile.Especially if you buy through amazon they are not going to deliver your parcel,such a terrible and unprofessional company,you pay 8 € for premium shipping and they ripp you off.

If I could give a score of 0, I would definitely give this company a score of 0. I hope this irresponsible company will go out of business as soon as possible. We sent a package to a customer, but the package was not delivered to the customer after it arrived at the local location. Their staff claimed that they would compensate us if they could not find the package within 30 days. However, 30 days later, we received a message that the package was returned. No one contacted us, and there was no compensation. This is a lack of integrity.

Worst company ever. They dont deliver in time and if you call them they are very rude, like its your fault they are not doing the proper job.
Please close this company forever!

I received a message last Monday that I would receive the package that day, until this day I have not received anything, today being Wednesday, I called them to contact them and they told me that they forgot about my package and that I will receive it on Friday. Worst delivering service.

Awful! They send me a message to go pick up a package from them because it could not be delivered - they didn t even try to deliver it, nobody called me - and then the package was not at their location because it was still in the drivers car
When asked if they can try to deliver it another day then, they said no, I have to pick it up - one hour on the road without a car to their location

I don't really understand how other people have bad experience with them but at least me, I always had a really good experience.
The delivery is very fast, on the delivery day, they notify me with sms message and also the courier itself calls me everytime when he's about to deliver the package to me. Also, not only one time, he waited for me 5-10 minutes.. like no one else does this.
I bought many products across the years, some of them cheap, and most of them pretty expensive stuff and fragile stuff such as glass and none of the packages came in bad shape.
Overall imho, fan courier is the best from Romania, at least.
