Ce pot spune de fan curier, cea mai proasta firma de curierat.
ISI BAT JOC DE CLIENTI IN ULTIMUL HAL... TIN COLETELE BLOCATE PANA LA 20 DE ZILE IN DEPOZIT LA EI.. NU SE POATE ASA CEVA... FAN CURIER CLUJ, de mentionat

Zwei Mal aus Deutschland über Amazon nach Bulgarien etwas bestellt. Kam ohne Ausnahme und in bestem Zustand an. Laufzeit jeweils fünf Tage.

Die Probleme, Fehler im Online Tracking, das fälschlicherweise Städte in Bulgarien mit dem Kürzel RO begleitete, sind nun vorbei. (OK, dafür bekam ich jetzt Bucuresti, BG :-))

Kann ich nach meiner Erfahrung deshalb nur voll empfehlen.

În primul rand Fan Courier este ceea ce trebuie. Adică un telefon unde sa suni, sa nu răspundă robotul sau vreo caricatura AI , și la celalalt capăt al firului sa fie exact omul care trebuie sa îți livreze.

Absolut super ,ținând cont de faptul ca DHL și DPD ul sunt praf ,nu te baga în seama , Galben Roșii au adresa de e-mail unde scrii ce probleme ai și afli ceva peste ,o săptămână, iar ăștia Alb Rosii România, nici informatiile de pe Google nu sunt actualizate, ce sa te mai ajute cu ceva.
Pe scurt ! Fan Courier este compania la care ii pasa de mine sa primesc coletul atunci când am probleme ! Super.

Nu cred există firmă mai îngrozitoare ca FAN Courier Agenția Buzău. Colet ajuns din Germania în Ro în 2 zile, zace de 8 zile în depozitul din Buzău. Când ii contactezi comportamentul este de grobieni și refuză să dea orice explicații. Ba tot ei sunt deranjați, și nu oricum ci cu țipete și urlete ca ai îndrăznit să-i întrebi.
În final după 8 zile primesc mesaj ca livrează în ziua de 13 februarie, ce să vezi nu m-a contactat nimeni pentru livrare.
Nu știu cum să mai fug de ei ca tot apar ca râia la coletele mêle. Ori de câte ori am posibilitatea să văd dinainte cine livrează, dacă văd ca e FAN Courier renunț și iau din altă parte, dar când nu văd înainte și aflu ca un colet ajuns pe mana lor, effectiv îmi vine să vomit.

Stai 4 zile sa vina 2 colete ajunse de cateva zile la ei. Asta spune tot.

Worst courier service in Romania.
Their storage units are defective and their customer support is useless. I've tried notifying them daily for a week about the issue and nothing has been solved.

Bestellung in Deutschland bei Amazon für 2 Monitoren, 4 Tage bis Cluj, Lieferung seit eine Woche 28.01.2025 in Cluj-Ro angekommen, wird nicht geliefert. Kontaktmöglichkeiten=0; Bewertung=0; Tracking AWB=in transit.. eine Woche von Apahida zu Cluj centru...

Companie de toata jena. Colet trimis de expeditor (din Braila spre Cluj-Napoca), livrarea s-a facut dupa 14 zile (se mai lauda la ei pe site ca livreaza in 2-3 zile) si fix in ziua livrarii am plecat in alt oras spunandu-i curierului ca ma reintorc doar in 3-4 zile. Curierul a zis ca e totul ok pentru ca il duce intr-un sediu Fan si sta acolo 5 zile. Urmatorea zi a fost automat returnat si aparea in aplicatie ca l-am refuzat eu. Experienta groaznica cu incompetentii astia de la fan, nu recomand deloc!

Worst delivery company! Worst service! NO customer service! nothing!!!

They destroyed my parcel. Should've arrived in 2-3 working days,it arrived after one week. No-one answers the phone,they probably busy drinking coffee or destroying other people parcels. It's a shame a can't give them 0 stars

Fan sunt cei mai buni ever! Am lucrat la job cu toti curierii ani de zile si Fan raman cei mai organizati si profesionisti! Bravo Fan!

Why is it that every time I get an order from this company, it never gets delivered to me? I always message myself to come pick it up. So why am I paying extra to have it delivered to my home?

Not the first issue, just the most recent one. I just picked up a package I ordered a month ago. Yesterday I received a text message saying that they tried delivering it at my address, and I should go pick it up at their warehouse. Nobody tried sh*t, I happened to be home at that time. No text, no phone call, no door bell ringing. Also, I ordered that package to arrive at a FANBOX, so why did they even "try to deliver it" at my home address to begin with? If you're gonna lie to your customers, at least try to make it believable. From now on, every time i'll order something online, I'll make sure I check which delivery company they use. If they work with Fan Courier, i'll just buy it someplace else. Never had this problem with other delivery companies, which is why it's so goddamn frustrating. Get your sh*t together, if others can, so can you.
