did not meet our expectations

We trialled this app to help track our son who was catching public transport to school. The app was not easy to use or set up.
To get the full benefits we had to purchase the yearly subscription, which we thought would be easier to use the features to no avail.
When we asked for a full refund they said no because it wasn’t a technical problem.
Don’t offer a money back guarantee if they aren’t going to fulfil it.

I would not recommend this to anyone, go with a free app ‘life 360’ even the paid version is better.

Can't change my GD username 😭 (im the kid)

FamiSafe Team, please unblock the Geometry Dash account management website, I'm stuck with a username I don't like! Actually, account management pages in general (not every signle one of them) shouldn't be blocked so we can change our usernames to something we like (if we dont like them) in video games. I honestly do NOT like being ILikeToastGD. Anyways, pretty good app, me like, 6/10 🫠👍

AVOID!!!!!

Stupidly listened to google as needed a new tracking app for my daughter. Signed up and then read the reviews. If i had gone ahead amd messed up my daughters iphone like other ŕeviews, I would of been FUMING. Was advertised as PREMIUM DEAL £5.99 A MONTH. THEY HAVE TAKEN 1 PAYMENT OF £80.99 & ANOTHER FOR £8.99. WTF!!!

IF YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE OF SIGNING UP AND THEN READING THE REVIEWS LIKE ME, GO THROUGH APPLE STORE OR PLAYSTORE, CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION AND REQUEST A REFUND.

Does Wondershare even exist, or is it a fraud? (Update: they exist.)

Update: The company contacted me and were able to cancel my subscription and issue a refund for the most recent payment. The process was not easy, but in the end, the issue was partially resolved.

Original 1* review: I have been billed twice for a service I have never used. I have no tracable subscription on any of my email adresses, Google, Facebook or AppleID, and therefore no means of cancelling a subscription. In these two years, it has been impossible to contact the company, as I have to log in to my non-existent account to get in touch with them about the product. The only response I have been able to get is AI messages telling me to that I need to log into my account to resolve the problem.

Not a great app

Not a great app. Took hours of time to sort out an iPhone that it ruined. The instructions to resolve the issues were fairly rubbish. I would try another app.

I purchased FamiSafe with the…

I purchased FamiSafe with the expectation that it would provide safe and seamless parental control features. Unfortunately, during the setup process on my child’s iPhone, the “Remote Management” profile failed to install properly. After following the FAQ and reinstalling, the device became stuck on a configuration error screen and was completely unusable.

Despite multiple attempts and hours of troubleshooting, the issue could not be resolved without performing a full factory reset — which led to unnecessary stress, wasted time, and complete data erasure. To make matters worse, the call and message monitoring features never worked either.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I no longer feel confident using this product and would like to formally request a full refund for the purchase. FamiSafe failed at a critical step and caused more harm than good.

1. Check Screen Time Restrictions:
Open the settings on your child's device and verify whether the Screen Time restriction built into the phone is enabled. Specifically, confirm whether the restriction for deleting apps is activated.
Path: **Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases → Deleting Apps**.

2. Confirm Control Mode:
If the above restrictions are not enabled, check whether the device was connected using FamiSafe Connect to upgrade to the control mode. If this is the case, please restore the control mode and try uninstalling the app again.

3. Reinstall MDM Profile:
If the control mode was not upgraded, open the **Fammy** app and reinstall the MDM profile. A pop-up box about **App Management Change** will appear on the interface. Please click **Manage**, and then uninstall the MDM profile to see if **Fammy** has been successfully removed.

Famisafe ne fonctionne pas ! ENCORE UNE APPLI ARNAQUE ! et très difficile d'annuler l'abonnement

Suite à nos échanges, j’ai réinstallé la dernière version de Famisafe sur les 2 appareils, et ce plusieurs fois, que cela ne fonctionne pas.
Vous me re-re-redemandez des screenshots, mais je les ai déjà envoyés après avoir tout réinstallé hier.
Vous demandez aussi des fichiers journaux, je ne sais pas ce que c’est, je ne suis pas informaticienne.
Dans tous les cas, il n’es pas normal que ce soit si compliqué d’arriver à utiliser votre application.
J’ai d'ailleurs vu que beaucoup de gens ont le même problème et l'ont mentionné aussi sur TrustPilot. Dommage que je ne connaissais pas ce site avant.
Quant aux 3 jours d’essai, c’est bien sûr trop peu et vous le savez. Impossible de se rendre compte en 3 jours que cela ne fonctionne pas correctement. Pour ma par, j’ai cru, naïvement, que c’était de ma faute et que j’avais mal configuré l’appli. Et bien sur, le temps que je me rende compte que j'avais bien configuré l'appli et qu'un matin, elle fonctionne, le soir elle ne fonctionne pas, un jour elle bloque, un jour elle ne se débloque pas, le délai des 3 jours a expiré.
Je vous confirme que je demande le remboursement.
J’ai aussi contacté Google Play et porté plainte.

Du pur vol ! Je veux un remboursement.
L'appli est impossible à faire fonctionner, elle bloque le téléphone de l'enfant à l'heure mais ne le débloque pas. J'ai tout essayé, en désinstallant et réinstallant l'appli. En ce moment, j'ai désactivé le downtime mais le téléphone de ma fille est toujours bloqué. Et je ne peux rien faire car elle est à l'école et elle ne peut pas désinstaller l'appli. Plus de disputes qu'autre chose avec cette appli, les enfants sont d'accord qu'on gère leur temps d'écran, mais pas si cela ne fonctionne pas. Et Famisafe donne 3 jours de rétractation, ce qui est évidemment très très court, le temps de voir ce qui se passe, et les 3 jours sont déjà passés. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS DU TOUT.
INFO SUPPLÉMENTAIRE :
Il faut s'accrocher pour annuler l'abonnement ; à chaque étape ils vous proposent de "mettre une pause", de les contacter etc. et il faut bien regarder l'écran pour trouver quoi faire pour confirmer l'annulation, 5 étapes nécessaires. Cela confirme bien leurs intentions.

Wondershare

Wondershare, Wondershare Famisafe, Wondershare Dr. Fone, and all of their products are scamware. Wondershare as a company should be investigated for fraud, false pretense and illegal monitoring by representatives/tech help.

I’ve used several of their products over the years and they were once an honest company,

Anyhow, I purchased and subscribed to WS Dr. Fone and WS iPhone repair. Neither worked properly from the start. Any tool in the program I’d attempt to use would give me a pop up to purchase the full software, which I already did and input my license key in the beginning.

I reached out to customer service to get the never ending loop of customer support asking the same questions and referring you to the terms and conditions, over and over again. I constantly repeated myself that it did not work, just to get the same loop with no results.

One of the emails that I received from Wondershare (yes, legitimately Wondershare, it was a reply from them), contained a link to my “license”. Well, I clicked the link, it indeed showed my license but the link had been shortened and contained a redirect to a site and that site redirected my browser to another site (all on the backend). Well I didn’t think anything of it until a few weeks later when my phone began to act very strange. I compiled a couple python scripts to check for issues. I noticed that a few ports were open that shouldn’t be and had an active connection from several different private IP addresses. I hooked up to wireshark and began a packet capture. I noticed several TCP connections that were active, I searched upstream to be met with encrypted payloads. I then connected to iMazing and ran a malicious exploit scan. My suspicions were confirmed. I noticed the initial redirect coincided with the email I received from Wondershare. The critical alert was informing me that Wondershare Famisafe was installed on my iPhone on the same exact day and time as the email. I ran tests and confirmed that the connection was live and that data was being pulled from and sent from my phone. Just a coincidence huh? Not a single soul on this planet has touched my phone but me. They say Famisafe can’t be remotely installed, that’s absolutely not true.

Un vero incubo. L' app ha dato problemi di aggiornamento su varie funzioni rilevando in continuazione che il mio pc e l'iphone di mia figlia non erano connessi alla stessa rete wifi. I have had a chance to test this and…

I have had a chance to test this and what i can tell you is the android side works well but the pc side is not very good right now.

The pc side needs work the user of the pc can easy get more hours by disabling the wifi or lan then loging out then back in. Because the software does not have a internet connection it will make the software malfunction and it will assign more time 7h plus. Even if the internet is restored after this it will never update. The only way i got it to update is by using the user of the pc on the portal and changing somthing then saving it this forced it to sync and the time went back to zero. BUT the user can just reboot the pc or disable the internet again to get more time. Even if the lan or wifi is on IF the software loads before the internet has established it will brake it. The internet needs to be established for it to sync. BUT then again the user can just turn off the internet when time is up reboot or log off then on again and bang more time.

L'application se désinstalle d'elle…

L'application se désinstalle d'elle même du smartphone androit de mon enfant, certes j'en suis informé , mais quel intérêt de réinstaller des dizaines de fois et qu'elle se redésinstalle ? ce n'est pas ce que j'attends d'une appli payante de controle parental. En dehors de mon confirmer que celà peut arriver , le support ne m'a pas apporté de solution et ne m'a pas non plus remboursé ...

Isn't what it used to be

Had this for a year worked great with Androids. My son switched to an IPhone and we've had nothing but problems. Constantly having to reinstall it on kids device, apps are blocked even when they shouldn't be. Customer support takes at least 5-7 days to even begin to help.

STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS!!!

Downloaded this for my daughter. Once installed on my daughter’s phone it restricted her access to everything, she was no longer able to use her phone or any apps on the phone at all!
Apparently you need a pc or laptop do download the software then connect your kids phone to it. My laptop recognised the phone but the programme did not.
All this took 3 hours and despite this we were not able to connect the phone to the crappy software.
My daughter was in tears as her phone was hacked by this app.

As this was a 3 days trial I decided to cancel the subscription in the day that I joined as it was obviously not fit for purpose. To my surprise I was already charge for the next 3 months!!! I wrote to customer support to ask for my money to be refunded, only to be informed of their terms and conditions and asked to provide proof that the software does not work! I explained that I removed all software only to be referred to their terms and condition that stated I was basically not allowed a refund- despite me being on a trial!
The woman from customer ‘support’ kept referring me to their terms and conditions continued to request for screenshots . As I got nowhere with them I raised a case with PayPal that refunded me the money.
Once I raised a case with PayPal they got in touch to offer the refund should I provide a screenshot of the trail period… lol. They should be called the screenshot company.

I was sent a link to provide feedback for my experience but the link was not working … what a joke!

Stay away if you care about your kid and your sanity! I would not trust these scammers!

I downloaded the famisafe app on my…

I downloaded the famisafe app on my phone, followed the instructions and downloaded it on my son phone, but when I want to start monitoring calls it requires me to add my child phone, have to send new download link to my child's phone but still takes me to the already downloaded app. How does this app work
