Faktum Ltd UK Omdömen

It was such a relief to find Faktum! The original Faktum doors on our kitchen were starting to peal and needed replacing and I had resigned myself to having to either have doors custom made by a carpenter, or replace the whole kitchen. Faktum had everything we needed in a really good selection of finishes and they sent very helpful samples out. The ordering process was simple, the replacement doors were sent out on schedule, well packaged and made to a very high standard. I’m delighted with our new look kitchen and can’t thank Faktum enough just for existing! I would definitely highly recommend them.

Great company to deal with easy ordering process and prompt processing. The new kitchen doors for my Ikea kitchen fitted perfectly and look fabulous thank you.

I ordered the components to refurbish a single unit to check the quality of the of the components before refurbishing our whole kitchen, which is 25 years old. I wasn't disappointed, the ordering was easy and I had a phone call to check one of the details. The packaging of the individual components was first rate with the whole order was well protected. The tracking was good except when it was going through customs and the order arrived in 5 weeks. The quality of the door and panels is excellent, predrilled so easy to install. I will be ordering replacements for all of kitchen cupboards and drawers soon.

The quality of the product and the service is exemplary. I replaced the fronts and doors of my weary kitchen and it has made an incredible difference. It's important to point out, that as a Swedish Company, delivery is easy and the products are well wrapped against damage in transit. In every sense this is a five star product and service

We are delighted with our purchases from Faktum Ltd. We replaced all of the doors, sides and shelving and the quality was great and they fit perfectly. Delivery of the items was quick and the doors were very well packaged. Very good customer service also - we had measured one or two items incorrectly and these were quickly sorted at no extra cost to us. Would definitely recommend.

Delighted with our replacement doors and drawer fronts, all well made and packaged with care which is always a worry on items like this, but no issues here. Samples sent out and the colour match was identical so very pleased. With the IKEA Factum range now obsolete I was relieved to find a company still manufacturing the products which were all as the originals and all pre drilled and ready for fitting.
I would highly recommend this company and you can contact them where they will call you back to save phone costs and myself I just wanted confirmation regarding sizes which the gentleman clearly confirmed and the next stage was to place my order.
Thanks again 5 star 👍

I've just replaced all of my kitchen fronts after 10yrs of use. This company provides professional service, good deliveries, and a great product. No complaints.

Great doors and lovely colour. Really pleased. Advice and support from Faktum was really good as I had some tricky measurements . Couldn’t fault customer service and kindness . Very professional.

My issue was with delivery which was poor. Drivers went to wrong address then claimed I wasnt in although I was , as was the builder. Then he refused to off load stating he needed a forklift !!!? After calls to delivery company he finally agreed . Hardly spoke, no manners and left doors in middle of pavement before walking off.

Order completed on time doors really good quality lovely finish and fit perfectly very impressed

A wholly positive experience with Faktum ltd. From initial conversations and queries with Mikael to establishing the order and then receiving the pieces which were securely wrapped and faultless in design. Kitchen looks great and I will definitely be using in the future. Margaret Exelby

Delivery cost made me look elsewhere
£120 for a door, £130 for delivery..
£250 for one MDF door.

Hard pass

Can I take this opportunity to thank you and all those concerned in dealing with this order, from placing it, and right up to the delivery.

The whole operation went through perfectly. The items are perfectly manufactured and fit exactly as required.

Delivery was well managed and arrived with absolutely no dramas

Infact I can say that for once this was money well spent.

It was easier to deal with you guys across Europe than it can be dealing with a local delivery.

Thank you for such an amazing transaction. Totally stress free.

The quality of the product is top class

You kept me informed on delivery and explained why delays may occur. That kept me in the loop and took away any worry. It enabled me to plan fitting perfectly.

I cannot stress enough the quality of the doors. The drilling was perfect and meant no hassle when fitting.

Colour match throughly managed.

Very easy process friendly staff very quick responses to all my questions in all very good experience.

Quality of doors ordered were excellent, as was the packaging and delivery

Great customer service. I've used this company twice, and had an excellent experience both times. They were quick to respond, and they checked every detail with me where relevant. I was a little unsure of some dimensions and they were able to clarify that with me immediately. The items arrived in perfect condition, and I was kept informed throughout on when I could expect the shipment, etc. Highly recommended.

I never write reviews but I have to in this case. I can’t rate these guys highly enough. The service from them is impeccable and the door fronts we ordered to update our Ikea kitchen were delivered very carefully packaged and absolutely beautiful quality. Really top standard all round.

Ordering easy. Communications from the Company speedy and information given on delivery etc great. Products arrived very well packed and just as promised. Easy installation of new doors and drawers. Very happy with the new kitchen for a fraction of new units!

We wanted to modernise our white Ikea kitchen of 15 years but were happy with the layout so only needed to change the doors and end panels. With Ikea no longer selling the Faktum kitchens we thought we would need to start from scratch as the cost of bespoke doors was too expensive. Fortunately we stumbled across Faktum UK! Great website, and good support for queries with the team calling us to help with a couple of questions before we completed the order. Goods arrived safe and secure with no damages and fitting of the doors was simple and painless as the fit was identical to the original doors. Great service, great product and couldn't recommend more. Our new matt blue kitchen looks amazing.

Really happy with our purchase of new kitchen cupboard doors. Excellent quality products and price was good. Communication from company was brilliant. Items arrived within promised timescale and were very securely wrapped.

If you are looking for the easiest way to replace your old/peeling Ikea cupboard doors, then look no further.

The order process is easy, the sizes match the original Ikea ones and the holes for the hinges were pre-drilled and aligned the first time.

Once I had added the old handles and fitted the doors to the cupboards, my family literally couldn't tell which doors were original and which were new - the colour match was that good...once I had taken the pea-green protective film off.

I ordered the doors on the 20th of June, and Mikael called within a few hours to confirm the details. The order was dispatched on the 16th of July. so well within the timescales.

Alli in all - a positive experience!

The new kitchen doors arrived quickly and fitted perfecting. We live the colour. They were packed very securely, so damage in transportation
