I ordered the Factory MX E-Force bike from Factory MX. I called at 9am, and within a handful of hours by 12:30 the bike was dropped off on my drive. The whole process was made extremely easy by all the staff, any questions they were happy to answer and when arranging the payment did so with great efficiency.
I have been extremely happy and satisfied with their customer service, and their products are brilliant as well.

Great company that I will 100% be using again in the future.

Bought a bike, 50cc 2stroke, it kicked and started as it should, or ran on a test run for approximately 5 minutes! Stored the bike for a few months, went back to it, got it serviced and cleaned out ready for actual usage but the thing won't run, it judders! It cuts out! Multiple mechanics have had it, we've tried reaching out to factory mx but they're just not interested! And so is a loss of nearly £1,200 and a bike that's never hit a trail, never hit a track and never been used for more than 5 minutes! Absolute waste of time and money.

Bought a 50cc mx factory bike from this company for my grandson a week ago, cracking little bike , rapid little bike , very please with the customer service from start to finish , Christian the guy I spoke with was very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice with regards to maintaining the bike in general, would definitely buy from this company again .

Bought a mx bike for our son for Xmas, this was from a local store to us NOT FACTORY MX DIRECT, anyway had issues with said shop who didnt care to help us after bike was sold to us with a broken battery, we asked for advise on a fb page, factory mx stepped in with advice on Xmas day and also sent us a battery for the bike , really helped when he didn’t have to, appreciate so much and would only buy direct in future!! Couldn’t rave about the help anymore. Really decent guy, thankyou! Happy son 🙂

For a complete novice when it comes to bikes I tried placing an order online but as usual I did it wrong. A lovely guy called Christian sent me an email straight away telling me where I'd gone wrong. He broke the payment down so I understood everything (it was a present for Christmas). He then told me payment was done via bank transfer, not going to lie I was, very skeptical so I did a Google on the company's reviews which was highly rated. I paid for it at 8pm, Christian confirmed my payment straight away and also booked a delivery for me. He also rung me on the day of delivery with an ETA and the time he gave me was the time the bike turned up. Overall I'm extremely happy with the process and the help I was given. I 100% recommend this company.

Picked up the MX50 V3 for my son, and he's thrilled with it! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the company's customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend!

Got a 125 FactoryMX road legal pit bike from this company. Rang them up for a chat before pulling the trigger and was impressed with the excellent communication. Bank transfer went smoothly and bike delivered very quickly. The bike itself is excellent for what it cost and is so much fun. The overall experience was so good i will be back when my kids grow up and want their own bike! Well done!!

Had an amazing experience with factory mx, ordered online and when we placed our order there was a slight issue and we got a phone call straight away to sort the issue out baring in mind we placed our order after 9pm! and the bike was delivered the next day! The staff kept in contact ensuring everything was good. Excellent service would 100% recommend and will be using again.

Good quality , good materials . Lovely service. Bike now looks amazing . I have done my bike now so looking at buying more for the children . Went to the track and have had so many people come over saying how good my bike looks. I told them what I wanted and they sent me what it looked like before anything got printed . The people get back to you quickly and you aren’t waiting ages . They will not print and send your order untail you are happy with ur order. If a slight little mistake they think oh this could be wrong they call you to see so they can make it perfect they are very positive and will answer any questions asked . I am so happy and in love with my order and u will 1000 percentage be hearing from me again as it’s the best quality and service I’ve seen so far . Thank you so much :)
