I have looked at the tracking and the photo of the delivery shows the outer packaging undamaged. Where the items inside damaged, you have not contacted us to advise of any issues.

I received the order after 2 weeks and 2 items were missing. There was a packing list where was write with a pen that I’ll receive a refund for undelivered items. 3 months later and I didn’t receive any refund

Not a good experience at all
From ordering to receipt took 11 days and had to contact customer services after no movement by the 8th day and things began to happen then, Received my order eventually but the main item I needed was not included in package, even though I had been charged for full order! Previous orders have been no problem, but after this experience, I will be looking at other retailers for my needs.
