I am sorry an item became out of stock. When the refund was issued for this a notification is sent to the email address you provided on the order. To receive free shipping you need to enter the discount code. No code was entered so the discount could not be applied.

Excessive plastic packing materials.
Not all items in stock when ordered were then dispatched, items took a little longer than expected and arrived incredibly well packaged to the point the packaging was excessive. There was cardboards, plastic packing peanuts and tape holding it all together.
My concern is the packing peanuts are not degradable plastic and they supplied a large carrier bag full in my delivery. If they were degradable type they would dissolve in water thus no disposal issue but with councils reducing the bin collections and wanting recycling. The company should be looking at making its packaging, and packing materials friendlier to the environment and consumer rather than contributing to landfill and potential customer grief with extra packaging to go in the general waste bin when the collections are halved.

Ordered products for the first time from this company. I contacted Fabfinds customer services who went above and beyond in contacting Parcelforce for me. They managed to get my parcel delivered. So thank you for such great service. I will be a returning customer and in fact placed a 2nd order today. I would give them 10 stars if I could best customer service I’ve ever used. Plus my gorgeous cleaners are finally in my possession. Thank you

Ordered paint which was not as described. Different than a tester pot of the same paint. This however quality was poor and very watery paint. Return request was accepted via Amazon with my reasons. Seller took over a week to locate my return and then said no refund will be given as I opened the paint. Have escalated via Amazon under their A-Z seller policy

Great job Customer Services
Order placed easily on the website. After a day or so I was informed that the delivery would be a few days late, no problem.
I was then informed that an item was out of stock - received an immediate refund, again no problem.
When the order arrived I was missing several items. Contacted Customer Services, where Zoe said she would sort the problem. Missing items received today, only 2 days after reporting the issue. These issues shouldn't really occur, but when they do, all I want is for them to be resolved quickly.
FabFinds (Zoe) sorted the problem so as far as I'm concerned great service! Thanks.

Unfortunately this company is selling out of date stock. and NOT making it clear to the consumer.
All items I received were out of date and I flagged this with there customer service agent Zoe.
She informed me that the date is CLEARLY put in the description.
I checked to find yes it was in the description but not I would describe as CLEARLY.
Personally if im buying something I am not looking to see when the expiry date is- I would generally hope a GOOD retailer would be selling stock with a reasonable shelf life and NOT selling out of date products.
I would expect to the be transparent with this and CLEARLY write best before march 2025.
and NOT type in short hand BBE03/25
which to me looks like a batch code. Extremely disappointed with Zoes LACK of customer service skills and suggests she gets retrained on her sarcasm and knowledge of the word clearly.

I am sorry you are unhappy with Zoe's customer service. I have looked into this and can see the product you purchased was the Zoflora wipes that went out of date 03/2025. I have looked at the product and it is visible to see that the date is there. We have made customers aware of the date on these and the price has been reduced for this. I am unsure how else we can notify customers on this when it is in the title. I have also reviewed Zoe's emails to you, there is no sarcasm just stating that the date is in the title and clear to see.
