All done well so far. Good communication and service to place order. Waiting for delivery.

Worst company ever. They don't answer the phone. They don't return phone messages. They don't respond to e-mails.

My small order of polycarbonate sheets came fairly quickly, under two weeks, however there was no communication from ezoutdoorcoverings from time of purchase until a phone call from the trucking company to schedule delivery. The sheets were well-secured on a strong pallet and protected with a single sheet of cardboard top and bottom, however the two 12ft pbr sheets had a permanent 6 inch long deformation on one of the high ridges.

Prompt, Courteous and helpful. Product delivery by freight company was excellent too!

Never received a confirmation email with my order info after ordering online.. When I called the next day to cancel, I never received a refund and had to dispute the charge.

Product was never delivered to me and I never received my money back. After multiple phone calls and promises that I would receive it, I never did (order was made in early December). I was also promised reimbursement at the end of December and to date I have not received my reimbursement.

Ease of reviewing materials with dimensions and photos along with associated materials and fasteners available to purchase as well.

We placed our order and not another word thereafter. No response = scam scam scam !!

I ordered the 27th of November. Our Credit Card was charged. Order confirmed. I have not received it yet. I have written emails and called the customer service number to no avail. I would never recommend EZ Outdoor Coverings. Until I receive my order or a refund, I will keep on believing they stole almost $4000 from me. I will follow up with the BBB.

It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered. I have heard nothing. My credit card has been charged yet I don’t have the materials and I don’t know when or if they are coming. I called and spoke to someone who said it would arrive a few days ago. Still..nothing.

Found the color I needed along with the ability to order only what I needed.

The order was complete and the direct service provided excellent.

Customer service was great! I called for a tracking number after placing the order and found out they were having some challenges finding a carrier that would deliver to my area. The freight ended up costing more than quoted online, and they picked up the difference! Delivery still arrived earlier than expected. Product was great too, attractive and easy to install.
