I had a great experience with my eye…

I had a great experience with my eye test. The staff were incredibly kind, and the whole process was explained clearly from start to finish. I felt very comfortable throughout. A special thank-you to Saida — she was absolutely wonderful and made the appointment even better. Highly recommend!

Excellent opticians

I came to eye emporium Roman road and my experience was successful and professional. Farooq was very helpful and accepting of my my queries. Would recommend.

Cricklewood branch - Maya was amazing help

Was recommended Eye Emporium Cricklewood by a friend. So glad I went as I had been suffering with poor eyesight for the past 2 years, and realised my glasses were over 5 years old, so I needed an adjustment and some new glasses. Maya was amazing, so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Gave me such good advice about what frames best suited my face shape and size, perfect. I highly recommend Eye Emporium, and big thanks to Maya, I can see clearly now. She is a true credit to the company.

Munira and Maya were amazing

Munira and Maya were amazing!
i’ve gone to quite a few opticians to try on glasses and Munira found me a pair that i love in just a few minutes. Both lovely and patient , fantastic service. 100% recommend

John High Rainham

The rainham branch did my eye test for me today, all staff couldn’t have been lovelier if they tried, got me all sorted and I have 2 new pairs of glasses on way. Thank you x

Fantastic customer service every time

I've been a customer of this fantastic opticians for around 30 years.
Jan at the Sittingbourne branch is always so lovely on the phone and in person. Today I popped into the Faversham branch and met Lewis, also really helpful.
Yesterday my son found out he needed glasses, we ordered them and they arrived today! To say I'm shocked at the fast turnaround is an understatement.

I visited for an eye test in the Summer…

I visited for an eye test in the Summer and Sabine picked up a problem she was very thorough I was seen a couple of times and referred to a Corneal Specialist and need an operation
Sabine was really kind and helpful I have new glasses which I’m very pleased with .
Amy was very helpful with choosing and fitting my glasses

Bent sunglasses

Sat on my sunglasses on holiday, thought they were ruined. Eye Emporium straightened them straight away with no quibble - all perfect again :)

Rainham Kent branch

At the Rainham Kent branch, Emily the optician was excellent. Thorough, took time to explain everything. Rita front of house, superb in showing me the range of frames with advice in what works with the lenses I needed all with no pressure whatsoever.

John - High Opticians

I had a really good experience at John - High opticians today, Rita & Emily were very helpful & friendly.
My new glasses were sorted out in a timely fashion, i would definitely recommend this opticians
