Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. I’ve ordered a product that I’ve never received (you sent me the refund and that’s ok, but without any explanations or something like that and after a confirm of correct shipping). Once it arrived in Italy, I had to pay other extra fees that weren’t expected (and it was a big amount if I have to consider even the shipping cost). I’ve never received emails for days and the product arrived after more than a month. Unbelievable! I wrote two times to the customer service and never got a response back. I think I won’t buy from you anymore. I found you on Asos, and there the service was better, even with lower prices. I’m very disappointed, I’m sorry but this is not a good service for your customers.

Still haven't received my refund!
First the returns policy is £1 and I was charged £3.72, after a number of emails I was asked for my paypal details as their system wouldn't let them refund me the additional returns fee I paid. They did send £2.72 to my paypal account. *HOWEVER* they never refunded me the cost for the item! When I emailed them to advise that the parcel was sent back to me by royal mail they apologized again saying they had changed the warehouse and didnt update their address on their website! And I should 'just keep the item'. I was like huh? What about my £36 refund? they never responded and weeks later they are still not responding to emails and havent issued my refund! I'm happy to send back the item if you give me the correct address and a prepaid label, its unused and in original packaging, what I want is my refund!!!!

Amazing coat
The coat arrived so fast really good quality and beautifully cut.
The only thing negative is when I put my address it did put another postcode which I noticed straight away after buying it so I did right an email and a message on instagram to rectify it but no one came back to me!
So the coat was delivered to the wrong address but thank god I checked the location and went to pick it up which was a long way from my house

I can of course understand your frustration here. Unfortunately, the item was shipped before we could change the address. We have updated our internal system to catch any future address changes. However, I am pleased that the issue was resolved for you.
