Highy recommend Express Divorce. The price was the lowest I found and the service far exceeded what I expected. Paul answered queries at any time of the day, not only during specific hours. From their side everything was submitted to courts at the earliest opportunity, the only delays you will experience in this process is if they are waiting from information from you.
I cannot thank Paul enough, he made the process stress free and one I hardly needed to think about.

Paul at Express Divorce was FANTASTIC! Could not recommend them enough. I paid for the express service and was sent to me within 1 week. I also recommended paying the extra £100 for the management/support as I found this extremely reassuring. When problems occurred (by no fault of Express Divorce) Paul called me Friday evening at 7pm to reassure me as he didn’t want me stressing over the weekend. This, to me was tremendous customer service as divorces can be very stressful. I felt very confident he had it all in hand. The local solicitor I was going to use was going to cost me £1500-£2000 just for the consent order. I think I paid no more than £500 and Paul completed the D81, Form A and wrote a consent order. Have already recommended.

I had an excellent experience with my solicitor while dealing with my consent order. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and they were always responsive to my questions, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage.

I thought about writing the consent order myself, but concluded that using a professional would be wiser. I sceptically paid my money, was sent a simple but comprehensive questionnaire for myself and my wife to populate and I waited. 6 weeks later I received a beautiful, professional, accurate set of documents with more detail than I would have ever thought of if I had tried to do it alone. Though I had my initial trepidations with how shiny the website was, I was put in touch with a very professional solicitor. I had a rather complicated situation where assets debts and pensions were involved and they made it all very straightforward in the paperwork explaining it to the judge. I just had a reply from the court today that it all went through no problem and I can most definitely say I wouldn’t have been able to do this quite as easily without their help.

My experience with Express Divorce has been more than I hoped for in, what is always, a difficult and testing situation. Paul was very helpful. However Express Divorce are a legal services company . They provide administrative assistance in preparing and processing documents to HMCTS; They do not legally represent you. They will send your consent order and annex A directly to you only. Our pension provider insisted on receiving the consent order and annex A from our solicitor which we don't have making it a real head ache.

Paul was extremely helpful and responded quickly and calmly to any questions or concerns.

I highly recommend this service to any people who have already divided assets and want a quick and painless transaction.
