I had been navigating the divorce process myself but was keen to get a clean break consent order. After researching and seeing the lengthy forms that were needed to secure a consent order, a quick Google search led me to Express Divorce. The process was super easy, simply pay online and fill in a simple form online with your details. Paul got in touch soon after with a query and confirmed the forms would be completed within the stated 6 week timeframe (With the option to upgrade to a fast track service). I wasn't in any particular rush and the forms arrived in my inbox on the exact day he had promised they would. These were printed, signed and posted off to the courts and were approved in around 2 weeks allowing me to apply for my final order.

Overall, I'd recommend this service to anyone struggling with the formal paper work and want peace of mind that they will be completed correctly to get approved first time. I'd like to say I look forward to using your services again... but I hope I don't have to! 😂

Cannot recommend Express Divorce highly enough. I contacted Express Divorce and Paul ended up calling me to chat through everything as I had queries about my CETV and was planning to draft my own consent order but I was anxious about court declining it so contacted Express Divorce. I'm so glad I did. Paul was incredibly helpful and informative. We ended up going with the fast track service and were able to submit our Financial Clean Break Order on the day the Conditional Order was granted on 10th December. I found out yesterday this was approved by the judge.

Express Divorce complete all the relevant documentation including D81, Form A and the drafting of the consent order. It's really simple and very easy to use. The documents arrived in a timely manner after 7 days - both myself and my stbx were very impressed with it.
