An item was missing from my order and I have yet to get a response to the two emails I have sent regarding this.

I recently used the lube from the trial kit only to end up with a yeast infection. I then read through the ingredients and the lube contains glycerin which is prone to triggering these infections. I do not recommend from experience.

Thank-you guys the product was delivered in a very timely manner and in a nice discreet box. As for the lube I love the natural quality of ingredients and the smoothness.

Ordered 2 items from Roam and they arrived quickly with lots of comms about the delivery. Had to return one for a replacement and they were efficient and prompt in helping out, especially Isaac. Products themselves are great, really high quality and different to the mass produced items on the market.

I used durex for my first ever time, and they were so thick I really couldn’t feel anything or keep it up.
A friend recommended the roam taster kit and OH MY GOD, my girlfriend and I love it. The lube is so, so, so much better than any other water-based lube (it doesn’t dry up, and it was FREE!!!) and the condoms are so thin and strong. Could not recommend enough, we love roam now <3

I originally ordered items from this company and they were delayed. I contacted them and eventually the items arrived and they apologised over supply delays . They sent me some free samples as an apology. I’ve now been charged yet again. It appears for the free samples ? As usual, they not responding to emails.

Footnote . it appears that they’re saying, I inadvertently agreed to a subscription. I’m not disputing I may have accidentally done that. But it shouldn’t have been that easy to subscribe . Interestingly, they respond to trust pilot reviews much quicker than they do to emails.
When I logged into my account, it said there were no active subscriptions. I found the whole process too complicated. I’ve received a refund from this company. I can’t comment on their products, but the administrative process for me has been less than seamless. I’m not suggesting anything untoward has been done by this company

No problems with ordering/delivery. Unfortunately, the product dries quite quickly and becomes sticky.

absolutely appalling, i’m very disgusted with the results,me and my partner tried it on as we normally would but when in action the condom split.the condom was also dry out when out of the packet and wasn’t lubed.do not waste your money on this product and is definitely not worth the money spent on plan b, spend it on a better brand like durex, will not be purchasing again.
