They’re absolutely disgraceful scammers and need to be held accountable for ripping people off. Rebranded temu product who are selling it for 4x more then what it’s worth. I confronted them and the just blocked me instantly. They fabricated their 5 star reviews online to deceive you. Honestly I would not reccomend these too anyone. For the price you pay I was expecting something abit more durable and higher quality. The charging port flap is flimsy, lid for utensils doesn’t shut properly, clips on side are very easy to pop open. I only had one use out of mine and the battery died way faster then advertised. Charger port is weak and you have to have the cable in the right spot to get it to work. To top it all off I’ve had it on charge for the last 6 hours and it hasn’t even moved 1 bar. Safe to say I’m more then disappointed in my purchase

Pretty disappointed to find out that this is exactly, to an absolute T the same item off of Temu for literally double the price. Rome essentials did not design or manufacture this box themselves, it's obviously purchased in bulk and sold a significantly higher price.
Highly dissatisfied and feeling very ripped off

Like another reviewer, I wanted to warn people about this company. I placed an order on 25th April. I ordered two items. I received two items but only one was what I had ordered.
I have sent two emails to them about this and am still waiting for a response. I have no confidence in the item I did order that was correct due to the seller's seeming lack of integrity in responding to customer concerns. I would never order from them again. I'll be saving my money.

I am both a subscriber and purchaser of Roam products and feel I had to come here to warn other people before they hand over their money to this company.

I have placed an order and have an ongoing subscription and neither have arrived in the last two months.

I did some digging online with companies houses and other sites and it looks like there was a change of owner back in September and since then they haven't been fulfilling their commitments to all customers.

It doesn't look good for the outlook of this company and I am now not expecting to receive my orders. Such a shame as their products were fantastic.

Terrible experience with this company. They took my money three months ago, never responded to any emails. I can’t believe they are continuing to trade. Sad to see so many customers in the same boat. This should be reported.

Website is easy to use as is payment etc.
Order was delivered quickly and goods were in perfect order condition.

paid for a subscription, never received any products, team would not respond to any of the 20 emails i sent. paid over £70 and got nothing and no refund.

Made an order over a week ago,not yet received a dispatch confirmation. Sent various emails to Roam and received no feedback at all.

Didn’t fulfil the order and didn’t respond to emails

I ordered and paid online, received a confirmation email and receipt however they took my money and never sent my order. I have emailed customer service twice but nobody has gotten back to me as to why my order never got sent out. Really frustrating and disappointing

Just like with other customers, my money is taken and I have no confirmation email or response from customer service. Not sure what are they doing.

I made a payment (money went out of my account) and the website froze and did not provide me with an order number or confirmation.

I emailed both orders at exploreroam.com and questions at exploreroam.com multiple times and they ignored all my emails.

Worst customer service I’ve encountered. Completely useless website, useless customer service, and useless employees!

I will be looking to escalate.

So this is the 4th time I have ordered from Roam. The first 3 were ok. The 4th items order placed 7th Jan 2025 did not arrive. Emails sent and ignored. Yes they are a small business but this is no excuse. I suppose I will eventually get told they were delivered. Great cop out that one.

Website is clear, product information is helpful, quick discreet delivery and the product itself is brilliant - would highly recommend the adaptogenic lube 😉. Only request would be a bigger size bottle please.

I would not recommend this product. The cream is so thick that the dispenser doesn’t work properly, and I struggled to pump it for days. The product itself isn’t bad—it provides a unique feel—but you could easily find a cheaper alternative in oils or lotions. For such a small bottle and the amount needed for a session it’s definitely not worth the price

Order not supplied weeks in, no communication from company.

No communication from thus company despite reaching out 3 times for an update on my order.

Quite disappointing.
Ive had a subscription for the past 4 months and I am still awaiting this months to arrive two weeks later after it was processed.

I’ve sent numerous emails in regards to an update on my order as the money has been taken and yet still not received my order.

Ive taken to this platform to try and get a response from the team.
Not happy with the customer experience so far.
