Ordered 2 small car accessories for Xmas. One was wrong colour. One was faulty. They made me send back at a cost to myself of £7.50 despite being not my fault. It was then returned to me as ‘no such address’ I’m suspecting a fraudulent company. Luckily I got a refund as paid through PayPal but it took a fight even with PayPal as I still had to pay postage. A hassle that really isn’t worth it. Cheaply made Chinese items

Extremely poor service from this company.
I ordered a car accessory for my daughter and i have not yet received it and that will be over 3 weeks now. No tracking details, i have been intouch with the company and they cannot help with tracking details either.
Its all very unprofessional, they werr quick enough to take payment for the item out of my account. Lets see if they can be prompt at refunding. Unfortunately i very much doubt it

I ordered small thing for a car and never received it. Tracking shows that parcel has been delivered but even on my doorbell footage not activities that day!!

I sent several email to support but answer was same .. your parcel has been delivered to you…

I have another order with them which coasted me almost £65 hope I will receive it!!

If there was zero stars I would give that . Ordered small Xmas gift , waited around 8 weeks to be told the item had been delivered , but strangely on the tracking info , they had attempted to deliver twice . Yet I have nothing ,Will not accept liability avoid, like the plaque

Ordered an item 3/10/23 it is now 25/10/23 and the item is still at the airport in China according to tracking number. Details say its been handed over to airport, then no more info. Contacted them several times and very pleasant emails promising delivery imminently, still no item that was paid for.

Worst company ever, sent me the wrong colour item even after34 emails they won’t accept they sent me the wrong colour. Offered £2 refund on a £7.99 item, refused to give me a return address, and then I found out they took more money than I agreed to, total scammers, thieves and scum bags, avoid this company

False advertising. Unprofessional and complete scammers!
Claim to have a returns policy but refuse to have items returned and don’t refund!
All this despite sending me a completely different item from the one advertised.

Just placed an order - my final bill said £10.14 including postage, but £12.75 out of my bank. I’ve emailed them. Waiting on reply and cancel of order. It’s only a small amount but if they do this to every customer?? And it’s not the price I was shown

Oh wow, just found this site. I have been battling with this company for weeks. Did not realise they had such poor feedback. Two bras ordered, great write up etc. Neither of them fit and they are two different sizes . Would not let me return them, told me to give them to friends!!!! Offered refund of £4 but I will now go through Paypal. Not worth one star. They also asked me not to give them a bad review

I am yet another customer who ordered the corset dress with “a beautiful lace up back” and have been told I got what I ordered. I have advised they review their advertising as it is clearly false.

I placed an order for a dress with a back corset, nice dress with photos and videos of it. Received nothing like it. I emailed them and they're calling me a liar!!! Appalling!!! They are just con artists.

I do not even want to give 1 star, but found I can’t write a review otherwise.
I bought 4 mini phone chargers £32.77. First they overcharged me £6.70 then they refunded me the difference, after I pointed out their error.
2 chargers are working, 1 is giving trouble and 1 has not worked.

They do not want to admit that the items are faulty. After numerous emails - they have the audacity of offering to refund me £2 !!!!!!

Their customer service is appalling!!!

Worst company will not reply to all the emails I sent. Dress is nothing like the photos and the sizing is all wrong. Do not buy from them. I will now go through PayPal for a refund

Ordered a dress shown as a back corset lovely dress with photos and videos of it. Received nothing like it and now the dress has been removed off their site, spoke to them about it and they're pretty much calling me a liar won't refund me. Wouldn't order at all. I'm fuming.

Cannot get any response for a refund or any information on how to send the goods back .

Bought a 2 piece from this company . Waist of skirt was 3 inches smaller than advertised! Tried to return . Customer services gave me the run around for weeks! Saying it was too expensive to return and offering me £3 in compensation!!! I eventually went through PayPal and contacted the company that my payment went to ( StarCraft Network Limited ) . I was told to return the item to an address in China . I did so through Royal Mail International at a cost of £17.90 . As soon as I showed proof of postage they refunded the cost of the outfit .
Today , 3 weeks later my package has been returned with the reason “ no such address”!!
What an absolute con and a disgrace !!!
I am now going to try and get my postage refunded .

Ordered a dress over a month ago through this company, off Instagram. Still no sign of it despite several emails. Not holding out hope that it will show.

I totally agree with all the negative comments. Am only giving 1 star because I have to to write my comment. Quality of the outfit is terrible and when the outfits don’t fit they refuse to refund despite their refund policy. DO NOT BUY!

ABSOLUTE CON. Advertising of products is false. Items are nothing like the pictures. Sizes sent are wrong. Customer service is shocking and they will not allow you to return even with proof wrong item has been sent. Total con job. AVOID
