She provided an absolute 1st class ****service, took all the hassle out of my hands that comes with booking a holiday and made it simple and easy! Chloe was friendly and would absolutely recommend Chloe at the peacehaven branch to anyone. Will definitely go back to see her when booking my next adventure

We always book our holidays and mini breaks at the Langney branch. Tracey couldn't be more helpful and always goes out of her way to get us what we want (even though we often leave it until the last minute!!). We popped into the Langney, Eastbourne branch to get advice for a city break to Porto to celebrate our son's 21st Birthday. Tracey made us feel welcome and spent a lot of time with us asking our requirements and searching and going through various options. We never felt rushed.
We chose a hotel and Tracey developed a package for us including private transfers.
A great service, which resulted in a great holiday :-)

We have been using the Peacehaven branch for a number of years now, and have built up a real friendship, all the staff there are super nice and professional (especially Chloe ☺️) they really look after you and pay attention to what is asked of them the whole process is quick and easy! Plus they make a cracking cup of tea 👍

Was surprised at how quick and easy it was to book our holiday and felt we were looked after with helpful communication.They also printed out boarding passes which I thought was great.will definitely recommend an use in the future.
