Help came really quickly, empathized and offered a solution without me asking but because of my question. I was really happy with this. We gifted it today and it was a huge succes. The design was awesome and made it so much more perfect. Very satisfied, will definitely recommend!

This was a perfect experience for buying a flight. My company purchased one of these gifts last year that I won. It has been valid and it is a relatively easy interface to use so it has been ideal. Nothing but great things to say so far.

I am extremely disappointed with HotelGift.com. My father had genuine technical issues using their website to redeem his voucher, so after many solo bookinh attempts I encouraged him to contact customer care, a process he's less familiar with as a solution than some would assume. He reached out to their customer service team before the voucher’s expiration date. Unfortunately, due to the Christmas period and a back injury, his response time was delayed, and the issue wasn’t resolved before the expiry date.
Despite contacting them in advance of the expiry date and showing genuine and clear intent to use the voucher within the correct window, HotelGift.com refuses to honor the voucher, citing my father’s slow response and denying any tenchical issues simply because the website works for them. If there were no website issues he would have booked his trip well in advance of the expiration date. They were the cause of the issue and refuse to be part of the solution. This is unacceptable! The website is glitchy, and their customer service is downright heartless. Instead of offering help or understanding, they simply dismiss the situation and withhold a considerable sum of money.
This kind of treatment is not only frustrating but also completely unprofessional. It's clear that they prioritise making excuses over providing genuine customer care. I strongly urge others to be cautious when using their services. Don’t waste your time or money, and be prepared to face a lack of empathy if anything goes wrong.
I sincerely hope HotelGift.com takes this feedback seriously and makes changes to improve both their website functionality and their customer service. That said, now that I've read the responses to their other 1 star reviews that is highly unlikely.
Update:
Though being able to show video footage of the website tech issues they accept no responsibility simply because it worked fine for them. Having worked in tech for years, my mind is blown by this inability to recognise this failure of service. I've never felt ROBBED by a company before. Their "customer service" is copy and paste, inflexible and self serving.
Highly recommend you pay directly or with competitors vs via hotelgift or experiencegift. If you read other 1 star reviews you'll see that you'll save money this way as their rates are higher on their website anyway.
You also might notice that most of their positive reviews are from people buying their vouchers vs actually using their vouchers. They make taking money a very smooth process indeed.

Such a great service provided by flightgift. I made a mistake in booking incorrect flights and the team were brilliant to assist- in particular Vaggelis who had it sorted very quickly I had my new flights booked (with my voucher) within 24 hours!
