I too have been duped into signing up for a financial subscription using a boots promotion via Facebook. I cancelled soon as I realised & hope nothing further happens. Don't believe these 5* reviews as believe they are false write ups.

05/04/2025. Further update. Having provided information requested by Expenzap customer support along with the bank transaction, I have heard nothing more from them.
Update.No misunderstanding. The £2 transaction on my bank statement is to your company. I am in contact with customer support and have provided the link to Boots Mystery Box, screenshots of the deal and my bank transaction.
I will remove this review if no money is taken from my account.
Scam.
I have been scammed by entering a Boots Mystery Box survey and paid £2 for delivery fee.
This appears to be a scam and I did not set up an account with Expenzap. I did not give them my details and did not agree to paying for a subscription.
I want this account closed asap and any subscriptions cancelled.

Expenzap have used my details to charge me for a subscription that I didn’t want. I do not believe they practice in good faith and when I asked for a refund for the service I had not, and will not use, I was told that they couldn’t refund me even though their website says they can
