Reçu une offre promotionnel d’anniversaire à Rituals pour 2€, avec toutes mes coordonnées dessus, via une adresse contenant « ritualservice » dessus.
Je reçois un mail de ce service d’arnaque, et clairement une arnaque vu les efforts qu’ils mettent à cette supercherie, qui compte prélever bimensuellement de l’argent sur mon compte pour quelque chose que je n’ai pas demandé.
Comment ce site existe encore.

Not sure who this company is but they tried to take £30 out of my account. Not even sure what exactly they wanted to take the money out of my account for. I have advised my bank that this was a fraudulent transaction and asked them to take the necessary action. Do not trust advise your bank right away.

Scammer. Taken £46 out of my bank account on several occasions. Cancelled my card which stopped it. Now in dispute with my bank as they tried again for another £46. Massive scam. My Mum fell for a boots promotion for £2 and twice a month they've been taking £23 out. Fortunately I have stopped it and reported it to the bank but whether or not we will see our money again I'm not sure.

I have contacted them to cancel amd yet to hear anything. Let's hope no more money is taken. Police and National Cyber security have been contacted.

This is a SCAM they somehow use unauthorised card payments, reoccurring every 14 days, for £46 which they ever so innocently state that you signed up to!! Nobody signed up to this. This is Fraud in my opinion. My wife was also caught with the Boots £2 mystery gift offer. She unfortunately used her card to pay the £2 fee that this so called subscription company has used to remove unauthorised funds from her account. Police and banks informed as well as National Crime Agency.

In reply to your respone, there is no misunderstanding as several reviews refer to automated subscriptions by responding to online questionnaires claiming to be reputable high street shops (M&S, Boots etc) and the name expzassistline.com comes up as a result. If this is not associated with you then please explain how a subscription is activated directly with expenzap.com??
The postings from this company are a SCAM. I responded to an M&S survey and paid a delivery charge of £2 for a gift for taking part. In doing so they claim l have subscribed to a 'financial service'. I only became aware of this so called subscription when a further payment of £32.20 was been taken without any notification. My daughter and I also have been scammed through a boots promotion. Trying to take money out of accounts with no authorisation. We have not signed up for anything and therefore have cancelled our cards and alerted the fraud squad.
I will not be logging into anything. I have sent support an email informing your company to delete my details and will let others know to protect themselves.
The other company hiding behind this promotion is also based in Czech Republic & are called Yosiempre Media S.Ro.
