Tom contacted me in relation to our water usage and possible switch of supplier. I told him I wasn't interested as the present time as I was having a bad experience with an energy switch. He went out of his way to help me with my problem and proceeded to contact the switching company; establish the problem and contacted me with an update - a big thank you

Tom worked with us on an industrial site that myself and my brother became responsible for. With over 30 units and 20 or more separate energy accounts with various suppliers he worked with us to understand usages and what we wanted and helped get our bills down significantly which over all the units should save the tenants thousands per year.
