A leaflet pushed through my door so thought I would see the value of some jewellery I had. An excellent service, and sold my items and payment was sent straight to my bank account. Lovely friendly family, thank you.

I had a platinum ring to dispose of and being the type to sell things on when of no use, I scoured the net looking for a suitable platinum buyer.

I shortlisted a few, Platinum Trader being one of them. Submitted my details online. Expected an acknowledgement email but nothing came. So I made contact with another trader and they took my details.

Fast forward a day later, received an envelope through the post from Platinum Trader. I completed a form and popped my ring into the Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope, then took it to the post office.

The next day, Jonathon got in touch and offered a good price for my ring which met my expectations. Money was then deposited into my account a few hour later.

Super fast, efficient service. The only downside was not getting an acknowledgement email directly after submitting my details.
