This was exemplary service. The plumber arrived within a couple of hours on a bank holiday and cleared the problem immediately. Before that the phone had been answered at once and by a real person. TERRIFIC!

Phoned at 3 pm on a Saturday and all sorted by 6pm the same day.

Excellent professional and polite service throughout and a reasonable price.

I called ex jet on the recommendation of a friend. Not only did they call the following day, but the service was excellent and the engineer really approachable and understanding. My immediate problem was sorted, and the area left clean, all while a storm with lightening and thunder raged.

Exjet performed a drain survey for me on a house I intend to purchase. Their report was comprehensive and included video footage of the waste water flows. I will be using them for remedial work just a s soon as I get the keys!

Used Exjet to conduct a full CCTV Drains Survey prior to purchasing property. Well worth the investment as identified issues which were then rectified by seller prior to completion. Great service, highly recommended.

Fantastic service. I cannot fault this company. This is the second time I have used them and they don’t disappoint. On time, friendly, easy to contact and communicate with, always give a full report of what they’ve done and offer suggestions if appropriate. (And they are cheaper than a well known company which has been taken over by British Gas. Say no more! )

Excellent service - came out promptly to clear a blockage and also checked the drains round the property and cleared another blockage. Investigated why blockage occurred (structure of drain) and suggested a solution.

This company went "Above and Beyond" for a hysterical woman in a ground floor flat with a MAJOR blockage made worse by upstairs flats using the loo!!! Problems in locating due to the nature of the building, but Gentleman who came out first stayed to the end to see it out! He even cleaned out (mess)!! that had come up in the bath! simply saying " He was use to it"!
