Recently had to sort a major drain blockage at a holiday let I own but do not live near.

Clearing the blockage needed Exjet and the water board and Expect were great in helping me get the water board involved but additionally as the house was empty the engineer from Exjet had to use the key safe to enter the property, move some heavy items covering the internal drain cover and then clear the blockage. This he did and left the property as was and very clean and called me as he finished to update on what he'd done.

They kept me well informed and they were very professional throughout.

Was recommended to Exjet by another plumbing service. Drains were to be inspected and filmed (Exciting, I know!).
The recommendation was spot on: Exjet sent a relaxed, Covid-aware inspector, who provided good opinions and information as he worked, without stopping throughout. Answered all the questions I could think of.
A sensible report came back (not too much detail or technical information for a non specialist for me) within the estimated timeframe. And at a price I had been told to expect. (No extras!)
The office staff answered fully all things I raised and in a polite & enthusiastic manner. Real human beings to speak to.

I had an issue with my drains under the house and didn't know who to contact or what to do. I google search came up with Exjet. Exjet attended my property and found this issue quickly and gave advice on what to do next. From start to finish Exjet were fast, professional and very knowledgably. Rachel in the office was a joy to deal with.

The engineers are well informed and helpful all through. Although the blockage removal has been fallen to SWW under the circumstance and the problem has not been solved, their advise and explanation were accurate and satisfactory.

We had a blocked drain from the kitchen, which Exjet traced back to a blockage 12m down the soakaway from the septic tank, which they were able to clear. They came quickly, had the (camera and jetting) equipment needed to diagnose and solve the problem, for a very reasonable charge.

Exjet undertook CCTV investigation works on one of our development sites. The communication and quality of the survey was excellent. The report detailed grades and the data was easy to match to the footage. Would use their services again

Fabulous response to my urgent drain blockage problem . Answered the phone immediately told me exactly when they would be with me and it was within the hour. Cleared the problem blockage in a clean and tidy manner. Pete who responded on the phone and came out was so pleasant and helpful it made such a difference changing a real issue into a quickly dealt with inconvenience.
Would definitely recommend and always use should the need arise .
