Bought a $1,000 sofa was supposed to be delivered by the 18th, and I have not received the sofa as of today. NOR have I received a refund. I opened a ticket and when I check the status for the past 13 days all I am told his "its being worked, its being reviewed, we have to allow time for the team to do their job". DO NOT TRUST EXITO!!! In Colombia Oh What a Pity is their bylaw. They do not accept responsibility for their actions and they do not value good service. The company shocks me at still being in business. I want the SOFA but I will not wait anymore. If not delivered by Friday I will open a dispute with my bank in the United States, and they won't say Oh what a pity, they will give me my money back. To Hell With Exito.

Impossible to get a refund, cancel orders
Bought several items online, 500+ dollars, only to find out they did not deliver outside Bogota or small towns. They quoted cost of delivery when shopping and charged me in the payment. I trusted they could deliver because I had not had issues with other companies in Colombia. Unfortunately, I had to cancel order before it was dispatched. Several weeks later now and they still keep telling me they are waiting on their internal process to cancel the order even when they know it was never dispatched. Buyer be aware, it is nearly impossible to talk to a representative, cancel orders or get refunds once you place orders with this business.

Bought from here to denmark. Great catalog of products. Good prices. Even with the distance, it arrived in an ok amount of time. I even got a candy when it arrived.

Io ho appena ordinato per la 5° volta
Io ho appena ordinato per la 5° volta, mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, i prezzi sono equilibrati ed è un negozio ricco di articoli anche se non commercializzano accessori e decals per i kit scala 1/24. Vernici, attrezzi di complemento e qualche bel kit al prezzo giusto come anche la spedizione nonchè una organizzazione precisa fanno di questa piattaforma on-line per modellisti come me un buon punto di appoggio.
