Waited 6 months for a pre order. Contacted numerous times and was told "be here soon" and "manufacturer delays" just to then be randomly cancelled. Guess the market value was better deal then providing for customer. Will never buy from you again and will make sure others know.

Didnt even bother to send emails updating situation or notifying me of cancelation. By far the worst company to deal with.

Do not trust this site! Pre-orders never fulfilled. You ask Gabe (owner) status of your order, he tells you they’re waiting for inventory. My items never shipped! Don’t let him take your money.

I ordered a fig pin in August and still haven't gotten it or any news on it. It is currently January when I am writing this. Messaged support twice and never got a response.

Pre-orders do not ship for MONTHS and they attempt to charge a 20% cancellation fee when they do not ship your order for ages.

Horrible communication. The only way I got their attention was on social media, and all I wanted was an update. I wanted to buy from a small business, but I will never shop here again. It was ridiculous. Then when I did get communication it was with pure attitude and it was because I went to social media. They told me they didn’t get any of my request which I sent at least 6. I was hoping for better.

Cancelled my preorder on Pokemon Champion's Path ETB the day the product should have been out without any emails telling me my order has been cancelled. A few weeks ago while thinking I am still able to get my order fulfilled, they had posted preorders of this product being available but for $10 more than what I originally paid for. This would tell me that they have the product (or the proper allocation of the product from the distributor) and therefore, I shouldn't expect a cancellation. However, I was wrong. Very bad business just to get an extra $10. Will never attempt to buy from this seller again.

Company cancelled my full order of Champions Path ETBs without any explanation. Seems like it was an allocation issue, but they put ETBs on the store page at $10 more than what I ordered at. Do not recommend.

Bought a few ETBs that were meant to be gifts as a pre-order. My order got cancelled without warning and they said it was due to allocation.

The store still has the ETBs listed for pre-order at $10 more than the price I paid. This store is willing to screw over customers over $10 per box. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Was told mystery boxes would ship by July 10th but tracking didn’t update until July 22nd. On top of this, if the mystery boxes didn’t sell out there is a chance that the grail item will not ship giving consumers a 0 chance of receiving the grail.. personally I think they should cancel if it’s mystery boxes don’t sell out. I don’t think I will be ordering again.
