Just received my first order from Excel. I hadn't heard of this company before but everything was well packaged and they have a great range of brands.

Fancy buying a coat lined with the pelt of a dead animal ?

No , neither do i but they insist on selling fur collared coats.

So 1971 and not in a good way.

Disgusted that this shop sells extortionately priced coats (Moose Knuckles Canada) trimmed with real fur. Moose Knuckles is such an apt name, as those who wear coats trimmed with real fur have obviously not evolved from our knuckle dragging, troglodyte ancestors.

Disgusted to see that they sell coats trimmed with animal fur. Come on guys, it's 2021, faux fur is great. Leave the real fur on the animals where it belongs.

Ordered a Belstaff wax jacket discounted by £100 compared to the official Belstaff website and which was delivered within 48 hours and very well packaged. Fits perfectly hence no need to use the no quibbles return policy. Very pleased and will definitely use Excel again.

I have to say, with the number of companies who seem to total lack any form of customer service ethos, Excel was a welcome change to that.

I asked a question on a product, I was greeted swiftly with an eloquent and knowledgeable response, in fact more information than was required.

Item was posted swiftly and when arrived, came very nicely packaged for their place in the market. Branded tissue paper wrapping around garment and a delivery note and returns in a sealed, branded envelope. Very nice touches.

I liked the product I received so have not had to go through their returns protocols, but from what I have experienced, I am very pleased and will certainly be a repeat customer.

Awesome service

Having chose a jacket I liked I then proceeded to order it.

When it arrived it was way to big so after a quick email exchange my jacket was sent back and a smaller size sent out.

I did almost have an heart attack when they sent an email to say my XL jacket had been dispatched instead of a large.

After a quick message, their reply put me at ease has they had only used the original shipping info.

We even managed a joke about it.
