Bugs on website confused order
Sent me the wrong colour shirt from the colour chosen online and subsequently confirmed in my order email. Quick to respond to query but my chosen colour was out of stock. Told me the mistake was mine but basket and order confirmation said otherwise. Only option was a return & refund, requiring me to fill out a Royal Mail form and print a returns label myself. A disappointing user experience. Wouldn’t use again.

I bought a pair of Ted Baker Azaila shoes 153£
After one day wearing them, I noticed a hole in the heel inside, which let appear the plastic.
I've been so disappointed and was hoping that the customer support team could help me. Despite the pictures to prove my saying and the date to show that I only worn the shoes one day, they refused to exchange, refund me for the shoes, or do anything for me.
I'm really upset by both Ted Baker's brand for the poor quality and Excel Clothing for not respecting their customers and understanding my concern here.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We value all our customers and from the overwhelming 5 star reviews we are proud of the service we offer. Our customer support will always do whatever we can to help genuine issues as they will sometimes arise. Having received your first email and images we were a little surprised that you to see such a 'chunk' out of the heel that you said 'just appeared'on one day of wear.
Nevertheless, knowing how Ted Baker value their brand, we forwarded the pictures to them at their HQ. We'd like to take this opportunity to share their reply to us. Their footwear technician said "Following review of the photo image, the heel breast has been subjected to impact and damage - the heel is veneered with leather and it would need a serious impact to cause this level of damage. Thus, the return is considered unjustified."
We are sorry we were not able to assist you with your enquiry but we really feel neither Ted Baker or ourselves were at fault.
