I didn't use the app after a couple of months. However, I didn't realise it was auto-renewing and didn't get any email notifications until they charged my card a year later. When they did, I asked for a cancellation and refund. Unfortunately their customer service is not understanding citing their fine print and refused to refund me the $150AUD. Not ethical at all.

Great workouts. I feel the app’s functionality needs to be improved so it is more intuitive e.g. filter workouts by equipment, time, focus (there is a section of the app where workouts are categorised into lower body, upper body etc but there is no way to tell what equipment is needed unless you click into the workout and check - time consuming).

Don’t let that deter you though. The workouts are top notch. Thank you Evolve You team x

Terrible customer service. Used the free trial for them to take £90+ out my account a week later, I cancelled this and opted in for the monthly payment of £15.99 which has been paid to be blocked for the second time from using the app. Tried to start the subscription again and now they want £37.99!! Contacted on multiple social media accounts and nothing back! Really disappointed as the app was amazing.

I love the app! So much information and it’s all a one stop shop. I’ve never felt so consistent with my healthy lifestyle before! And the evolve you team is always there to help with any support. Only thing I wish the app would do is track macros on a daily count, so I don’t have to go to each meal and count them myself. Great job team!!

I absolutely love this app. I’ve been using it since October 2023 and I don’t have any gym anxiety anymore about what I’m doing once I’m there, I love that I can keep track of my progress, love that you can get a more in depth explanation of each exercise and how to do it. There are so many programs to choose from and I actually look forward to my gym sessions every day now! The only thing I am not as much of a fan of in the recent update is that the countdown timer doesn't continue to count down if you exit the app, but it’s a small con in comparison to all the pros the app provides. I honestly can’t recommend this app enough and tell everyone about it!

best workout app to ever exist. it has changed my relationship with exercise and food towards the better. i cannot imagine my life without working out and moving my body now, all thanks to krissy and evolve you ✨❤️

I love evolveyou without it training gets boring, I have never seen so much progress in my life, but I would love if there was a way to pause a program or have a way of moving workouts around not for just the week.

After having tried many different flasks, I personally find this bottle the hardest to use. When trying my hardest, I am finding that barely any water is coming up the straw so I end up having to open the lid to get a proper drink.
The design is nice, but definitely not practical.

The upgrades are good, especially the automatic countdown and better presentation of metcon rounds as it helps to prevent movement interruptions. However, the drawback is that I cannot have the app in running in the background during breaks or any time the countdown is running because the countdown stops.

I absolutely love the app and the whole concept. But the New update is not as functional as before and needs more update. When choosing an alternative exercise it doesn’t put the correct ones with same muscle group and no stretches. The rest timer stops of the app isn’t open and phone on. Just needs some updates to correct it.
