I was looking to lower my interest rate. AZ Home Loans was highly recommended to me. I first worked with Josh Hartson to get the ball rolling and get all the necessary paperwork and documents together. He made a nice smooth transition to Ashley Marbury to help process everything! They sent out a wonderful Notary to my home to sign all the final documents. And we ended with a much lower rate than we initially expected. I could not be happier with the customer service we received from everyone!

Fantastic customer care
We started our refinance loan process in February 2020, and hit a snag when the COVID situation caused interest rates to go up and had to put the process on hold. The AZ Home Loans team stayed in constant contact with us to let us know what was happening and to check on us until things were finally at a point where we could move forward.

A reverse mortgage process
A reverse mortgage is not a quick or easy process; but AZ Home Loans stayed the course, removed the hurdles, and we had a successful completion. PLUS, they had the lowest closing costs of all the reverse loan companies I contacted. A BIG PLUS!

Very successful refinance
Received excellent service from Josh & Ashley when we refinanced our mortgage. They were both easy to contact & if they weren’t available, they always returned correspondence in a timely manner. All my questions were answered....
Rates were very competitive! I would definitely recommend AZ Home Loans to anyone looking for a new or refinance mortgage.

I received the most courteous and professional help from day one until closing. I also received a call from each team member to include me in each step of the way. I also received a call from the owner of AZ Home Loans after the process to make sure that I was comfortable with everyone and was treated like family!
