Just finished closing on a new home and…
Just finished closing on a new home and AZ Home Loans provided me with my mortgage lending needs. The application process was simple, I was kept up to date with the status of my loan, and my transaction completed seamlessly and on time. I was really impressed with their no lender fee model! Before leveraging AZ Home Loans, my real-estate agent had prepared me for a 3% closing cost lender fee. With AZ Home Loans, I didn't need to pay this added cost! I'll absolutely do business with them again!

My experience with AZ Home Loans was…
My experience with AZ Home Loans was great. Marcia and Galen went OVER and ABOVE what I think a normal mortgage broker would. Mine was a difficult loan and had a strict deadline. Galen and Marcia worked early mornings and late nights to make it happen. I'm forever grateful for both them. This is my first home purchase and if it wasn't for them, I probably would not have this property.

Great staff
Great staff. Very pleasant and attentive. They all worked very hard to keep us informed and helped us to stay on top of all the crazy documentation requirements from underwriters. Anna was my favorite.

Excellent experience with the entire AZ Home Loans team. Very thorough, great attention to detail, and super responsive.
