Knickers are quite small, smaller than normal in the UK but I think the order came from China or Japan so size up. Took a little longer to arrive than normal but recieved both in good condition.

Dishonest, unreliable, and scammy - avoid
Waited over a month with nothing but false claims and excuses. Company said my order was “delivered” when the courier confirmed it was lost. They advertise Royal Mail but used Yodel instead, then ignored my refund request and dragged things out with empty promises of a replacement.
I’ve had to escalate with my bank to get my money back. Completely untrustworthy — avoid at all costs.

Horrendous
Horrendous. I feel totally misled by their office being in London,when they are a Chinese company, shipping from China. Their updates were so inaccurate, that on chasing an update I was told it was in transit, only for the delivery firm to turn up. Then, I realised that they do not allow returns for incorrect sizing, you need to provide photo evidence!!! Then they will probed the item in one size smaller/ larger. I’ve never ha such a weird online shopping experience… please, please learn from me and stay away from them.

Not able to purchase Goods!?
Tried to purchase some goods from Evesbury, but at checkout it rejected my payment bank card option. That is my only payment option. I use this same card for Amazon, Ebay, loads of other websites, and stores. Absolutely Useless Evesbury!

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Don’t use them. I ordered a pen and ink set without looking around it cost me £20. When I looked online it was £3.68 in different places. I told them I didn’t want it and cancel it but they said it was in transit. I had to wait weeks for it. When it arrived they wanted to charge me postage to return it. If you email them they just come back with a robotic answer and it’s nothing g to do with the problem. They are THIEVES. And ROBOTS. Keep away from them don’t get fooled as I did.

Misleading with supposedly Uk company
Misleading with supposedly Uk company, had to wait almost 3 weeks for the paints from china . The photo description wasn’t accurate.
I received a small pallet of paint today which was tiny, two of the paints looked like they’ve been used already.
I would never buy from this company again.

Says UK but China company. Mixed experience
Bought a steamer but faulty. Sending replacement but this company is in China. Taking ages. I did request a refund as faulty. Customer service reply’s are good but made me wary of purchasing again.
I did buy an irrigation with sprayers for the garden. Husband had to rejig the fitting as US standard not uk. This is a great item but be aware of connectors.
