Cannot fault this company on their service. Ordering was simple and straight forward, the delivery was excellent and we were kept informed of the delivery status. The small gold bottles of Prosecco were perfect gifts to give our friends and family as a Thank You and a Toast for our Golden Wedding. I would definitely use this company again.

Good quality

The company gives the appearance that it is a UK based firm but goods take weeks to arrive and appear to be from Hong Kong / China with no instructions and poor packaging. A disappointing experience

Received the item, the item was as described only downside did take longer than the time advised that it was coming got it at around 11 days later but happy with my purchase

I ordered a coat peg/hanger and I’m really happy with the quality of it. Seems sturdy and looks really good, we haven’t hung it yet as we’re renovating. I did have to chase my order as it did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but I got an update straight away and customer services were great. I received it not long after. All in all a good experience.

The website was misleading. I saw the item ( a letter E with flowers and little lights) on Pinterest. I gave 2 * as I was at fault not checking the size information but was led to believe the letter was approximately A4 size. It’s actually about 5 inches high. Took weeks to arrive.
Don’t use without thorough checking of you purchase.

Appalling, dishonest unlawful scammers, website suggests it is a UK company [perhaps in someones back bedroom] but payment goes to Hong Kong. Delivery took over a month, received two badly damaged, nasty. cheap items which I paid a considerable sum for. Wasted time contacting Evesbury with photos of the items and packaging, I suspect part of Evesbury business model is to claim back from Evri for goods damaged in transit - however the packaging I received was substantial and undamaged which indicates the items were defective when packaged. In practise the returns policy is not compliant with the Customer's Statutory Rights. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND.

Very flash web site. Gives impression it's a British company but it's NOT. Only after I'd placed my order was I informed about delivery dates. It was then I realised my order was coming from abroad. The fabric was cheap and nasty and the seat covers were totally useless. The short video was very misleading regarding the seats it would cover. I would not even donate them. This company gives legitimate sellers a bad name.

This company claims to be based in London. In fact they are in Hong Kong! Goods took a long time to arrive and they are such poor quality that they are unusable. Avoid this company

Delivery was a bit slow but I didn’t need my order in a hurry. The item I bought was of good quality and I love it

Unimpressive dropshipper website. The product did arrive, but was significantly different than what I supposedly ordered. Avoid this website.

Claw clips took ages to arrive and then were just standard claw clips, not soft and flexible as advertised. Rip off and rubbish. Trying to get a refund.

Disappointed I can’t give 0 stars.
After 10 weeks of emails, I am still waiting for a refund for a product I didn’t receive.
Despite many reassuring, condescending responses and a promise of a refund within 2-7 working days, I’m now on working day 10 and still no refund. No reply as yet from the email sent today.
I will never use this company again.

Items not delivered. No communication. Fake reviews on website!

I ordered something which was never delivered I emailed evesbury to be told that yodel couldn’t find my address (we often have deliveries from this company all fine) so I sent them the address again with some more details to help find me and they told me because it was a different address(it wasn’t) it would be returned to them and I would have to pay the cost. £7.99 postage the item only cost me £20 .. I spent a long time emailing back and forth getting nowhere with somebody called Amber but in the end the stress was too much so I agreed the refund as better than nothing. That was one month ago and still waiting for my partial refund.
Not happy!!

Absolutely shocking this company! First time shopping with them and it will be the last! Made an order and the website gave the illusion I was getting discount so I added so I thought the discount nope it was the same item again and I'd already paid so this item again was took out my bank.
I emailed them plenty and in plenty time before the money was taken so it could be cancelled not one person got back to me and now both orders are on their way ! So now I'll have the trouble on sending the items back and I have to wait for their approval to return them ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NIL!

AVOID. I bought a glasses case for the car and on fitting it came apart resulting in a very bad cut to one of my fingers. This is a dangerous product and should be removed from sale. It is a company purporting to be London based and selling quality products. In fact it is based in Hong Kong and sells very poor and dangerous products. Do not buy from them.
