I’m writing this review about my experience with Every Health because I panicked when I read all these reviews & was convinced I’d been scammed. I placed my order through Top cash back site so it didn’t even enter my head that this company could be a scam site as I presumed Topcashback would do a lot of due diligence before adding a company to their site.
When I placed the order I didn’t realise the products would be coming from the U.S so when I got emails about customs I didn’t know what they were relating to.
I initially had a delivery date showing between 10th April - 15th April but the items didn’t arrive. That’s when I started looking at the reviews & couldn’t believe I’d fallen for a scam especially with the website looking so legit.
I logged into my account on their website & it said delivery expected 18th April.
My items have just been delivered to my door by my Royal Mail postman. I can’t believe it. I thought I would be able to load photos on here to show you but can’t see an option to do so.
I’m sorry to the people who haven’t received their orders but I just wanted to give a review of my experience.

SCAM WEBSITE! Spent 50 quid on collagen. Never arrived. DHL reference is bogus. Emails to them bounce. The good reviews on here are fake. AVOID!! Have reported to Action Fraud etc. Thieves.

Being scammed. Placed my order and tracking number has disappeared. Last checked when was visibile sunday with customs for a week. No response helpdesk. Avoid these scammers

The five star reviews must be fake … Please avoid this scamming company who take your money then hang on to it..,I’m awaiting a refund of 55 pounds. Shocking customer service and bad communication.., do not buy from them I’ll be surprised if I get my money back. The live chat is with someone who can’t understand or is pretending not to. They cut the chat off because they were incompetent and I said so. Doubt I’ll get my money back but will go public and make it known if they don’t refund me.

Update in response to the reply from this company saying to contact. I did and they just cut me off and never paid me back the £55 pounds and it’s months now. Don’t use them, even this reply here from them isn’t genuine because there’s no way the customer services will refund the money.

Great products always received. It’s an American company so takes a bit longer to arrive in the UK

A very good experience with Every Health. Good experience with customer service, because Royal Mail mess up delivery. Fast answer on email and everything
was sorted. I will order again.

It’s been more than two months since I ordered a product, I got an email two weeks later that it was delayed, no communication since then, not responding to my emails either

I've written a review about the poor customer service, but after researching Every Health, I've learned that there is NO transparency. They have no one listed in their Who Is on their domain, according to ScamAdvisor. After spending 47 minutes on hold with DHL, a rep gave me a US phone number for the HUT Group (apparently Every Health's parent company), which was associated with my (missing) delivery. That number turned out to be for another of HUT's companies and no one there had any information about how to reach Every Health's supervisors or exec team.

According to Gov.uk, there is no active company called "Every Health." There was an "Every Health Ltd" that was dissolved in 2017.

A search on THG.com (the HUT Group) reveals nothing for Every Health.

I believe Every Health is a sham company. It certainly doesn't care about responding to unhappy customers and improving its image.

UPDATED JULY 10, 2024: Six months later, Every Health leaves this reply to my review. Everything they have written is FALSE. I provided the correct address, my credit card company did not flag the payment, and Every Health's customer service was terrible. They never "rectified" the situation. I ended up canceling the order and filing a chargeback with my credit card company.

ordered for about 75 euros on Oct. 4th.
Today, Dec 3rd im done with them.
Why? first it seemed fine, package got lost and they offered me e resend or refund. I asked them to deliver on a different name or even address since im not at the specific adres for the upcoming months. This was not possible. So they gave the solution to get a refund and order the same products. Found out that they were almost 125 euro nowadays. Amy, told me i was able to order and they would refund me the difference. I wanted to be sure before ordering.. and guess what, it was not possible anymore. LUCKELY I didnt order again while they thought I did! Their promises look like they do it on purpose, so in the end you will pay more for the same products!! Dont trust them, spend some more locally, and forget about this dropshipping company. Found out they were another company not so long a go. Same people working, same tactics. So probably in a few years they switch to another name again. Since the products I ordered are from the USA, will send the brand a message too. PLEASE people, beware!! Its an old tactic to get money from people. Spend some, refund, and let them pay them more. Old investment trick, luckely i did not pay again. Oh yeah, by the way, it was my first order hahah. Of course it doesnt happen to everybody, just beware all!

Terrible company and customer service. Waiting weeks for order dispatch. Order not dispatched yet no cancellation offered. Fraudulent practises - save yourself the hassle & stay away.

I’d like to rate this company as ZERO stars as they are shockingly bad!
Just off the phone AGAIN begging for my refund which Hannah promised a while ago now, called again spoke to Callum, he escalated it to their finance team, it was actioned and agreed that my refund would happen, now again nothing.
Spoke to a very rude, hostile guy called Joseph on their customer service number. Needs to learn basic manners when speaking to people.
Again going into another week and no refund.
The stress of ordering from this shambolic, unprofessional company is just not worth it!
Steer very clear of them and order elsewhere.
If you need a refund, good luck in getting that!!
All they do is fob you off with excuses and lies.

I have been ordering from every health for a bout 3 months now (2 orders a month) and I haven't had a problem once I get a dispatch email of every health I go on to the dhl Web site (I'm in the UK and my shakes come from the usa) and enter the tracking number provided in email , once its scanned in to sack container, you'll get a local tracking number under the parcel info section mine is alway evri my parcel have took 7
to 10 days within the estimated time I've also recived free gifts worth £45 with some of my orders so I'm extremely happy woth my experience with every health , don't let the negative reviews put you off

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Would put 0 stars if I could. Ordered a product which never arrived, spent 30 minutes waiting to get through to customer service to be told computer says no on processing a refund! Terrible company, useless customer service. Don’t waste your money!!

Placed an order using a discount code "NEW" sent to me when I signed up. Used the code along with an offer of buy one get one half price. The system charged me the full amount which I queried. Everyhealth has decided that they would rather lose my business and have the order returned rather than honour the code they sent to me. Items returned but still no refund.
Just had a reply 6 months later and they haven’t been able to find my order on their system (505361626) or a record of the correspondence and calls with their staff. That says about it all.

I had a very bad experience. Because I could not even receive a EVEN A SIMPLE NOTE with which I can show the customs of my country in which it shows the discount received when paying for my purchase. My objective was to request the return of the customs overcharge. (which I should not have paid and if I did because this website does not clarify all the discounts on your receipt and I exceeded the limit of 75 usd that is needed).

Ordered some supplements.
They never came.
Instead I got a message to say they were processing a refund. I emailed them saying I didn't want a refund, I wanted my product. No response, but they did refund me less than I originally paid for them!!

Worst customer service ever! Didn't honor friend referral twice! Rude and unprofessional. I was a?regular customer. Never again!

I order 4 bottles of Omega Supplements for my kids.
The products are late and it is found all the tablets in stick together at each bottle when arrived and maybe it is too hot during transportation.

I contact to the Customer Services and provide all the information and photos for changing a standard one or refund, Every Health pass to the investigation team and said 3-5 days for investigation. However, up to 1 month, there is no feedback and also my further email. Totally disappointing and frustration and MUST not buy product here again.

This is my first time at ever health I came with my five year old I am not impressed the service is not even half the way up to par I came at 12 30 waiting on the dental to open the young lady was laugh with another employer so I came in with my daughter from there the young lady started to get her things together so i said ok let me let her I took a seat other people walk in she speak and start to take there info I say to my self ok a little odd let me get in line I. Ask when i get to the front did you not see me i get bo reply i say i have been here waiting for a while why not call who came in first no response ok she asked for my daughters name i give the information try to over look her then i noticed every person befor. And after us went in we were still waiting I asked was all theme appointments she said yes which is a lie then the supervisor comes out and ask did he miss something I ask would he like to have a conversation he pushed that to the side and pretended to be concerned about everyone but us then finally he asked was I ready I replied was he since I have to wait forever i asked for all the names and voss over gim he never cared about my concerns peoples feel because they have a job you can just do people any kind of way i am disgusted with the leve of dis respect I would like a call 8134062617 every health on 1322 22st s
