Almost funny
Wanted to order a product from Every Health but noticed they don’t have the product ingredients listed on the product page (for foodstuffs this is odd and a bit of a health hazard as people - especially those shopping from a health site - often tend to have allergies or intolerances).
Messaged customer service to find out if there was maltodextrin in the product, which I can’t have. Was sent a clean-looking ingredient list and was categorically told “there is no maltodextrin in this product”.
Ordered two units of this fairly expensive product.
Received it (two weeks later) to find two products in the ingredient list that wasn’t in the ingredient list customer service had sent me, one of them being - you guessed it! - maltodextrin 🤦🏼♀️
You can’t have this little visibility of the products you’re sending out and you cannot lie to your customers. It’s just not on.
Edit: In response to the request for more information. I’ve already been in touch with your team via both messages and chat and still have zero resolution. Do something about it there if you’re actually dedicated to solving this.

Extremely high returns cost not communicated clearly at point of purchase
I used to shop from garden of life before they listed on this website. I made the order and it was not clear at the point of purchase that it would cost me £23 to return the items. I called customer service and they were extremely unhelpful. This is something to be aware of when you order from them!!
I'm giving 3 stars because the products…
I'm giving 3 stars because the products are excellent, however, the delivery times are quite ridiculous, unless we were in 1972. For today's world, waiting nearly two weeks for an order to ship from the US to the UK is madness.
I think this is the 'new' site for Garden of Life, or some sort of partnership. However, I cannot find lots of other products I buy on either store's website, so they seem to be attempting to push me to see quite how loyal I really am.
Luckily for them, I like the products, so am being patient, but it does really need to get better to keep up with the competition as a minimum. Now, do I still get my voucher for a 3 star review? Hope so, as I think I've been quite reasonable...

I'm waiting for my parcel since the 20th of September. I went to the live chat I was told by the agent that my parcel was delivered on the 26th but it was definitely not delivered to myself nor to my neighbours. Never received a dispatching email or one that states that my order has been delivered. They sent me the tracking number and the status is 'delivered' but to who??
I'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive, you are responsible to send another parcel. Otherwise it means you're a scam

I thought they were scammers based on the reviews and panicked when I had ordered and checked Trust Pilot after .. but they were super fast. Two weeks delivery to Denmark and products were top notch. No complaints. Will probably order from them again since we don't have these supplements locally.
Ordered on 08/08 still has not left USA
First of all, I ordered the product on 08/08/2024 and it was processed on 08/09/2024. It’s supposed to be going to Italy and is way off on the delivery date estimate. It’s also very difficult to get a hold of someone who can help. Instant chat says not available and the phone number hasn’t worked once for me. So the product still has not left NJ and it was processed on the 9th. Thats more than 15 days sitting idle. I will be reporting this to whoever I have to in order to get some help. Order #597455317

tried everyhealth for the first time since i wanted garden of life products, it was pretty good, got all my products and their customer service was helpful. will definitely buy again from them again.
Poor performance

Been ordering from Every Health for a while and then after my last order they've closed my account - apparently for bulk buying - I do larger orders when items are on offer and suddenly they've closed my account with no warning! very disappointed.

SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Customer service is beyond awful! I was promised a refund for custom fees by one of their employees if I provide them with proof of payment. When I submitted requested documents, the company started denying everything and coming up with some ridiculous excuses, changing their stories all the time, asking for more evidence. I have provided them with all documents, tracking evidence, photo of my parcel being delivered, photo of proof of the payment, I submitted transcript from my conversation with their employee who confirmed twice I should not be charged fees and that once I pay them and submit proof of payment, they will refund me the charges. Even after all of this, the company refuses to issue me with the refund and keep replaying with more lies! I never leave reviews but I was absolutely shocked by the lies and awful, awful customer service, I don't want other people to get scammed! I may add, when placing my order, the website said duty fees were INCLUDED, but that was also not true! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Not even a confirmation email but took money
Bought £40 order. Realised week later I hadn’t heard anything. I checked emails and couldn’t even find a confirmation email! I checked my credit card and the money was taken. Unfortunately I came on here to find so many others with same situation. Wish I checked on here first. All their responses seem the same. Let’s see how long it takes for it to be sorted out. Can’t even email as have to log in with account and I think I bought as a guest. I will call tomorrow. Update will follow. Update: they pick up straight away and resent email and tracking number and it’s on its way. I will change scoring if arrives. Update: it did indeed arrive. I will up my score to three stars. I wouldn’t use again just for the length of time waited and the needing to ring in.

Scam Company-Avoid!!!!!!
Place an order on 26th April 2023 and thought it was a UK company. Only when I started tracking it did I realise it was coming from America and delivery should be 2nd May. We waited in on the 2nd May and it didnt turn up. Contacted Every Health and they said it was lost and i could have a refund or resent. We arranged for it to he delivered to a friend we were staying with over the bank holiday and Every Health couldnt guarentee that the next shipment would arrive before we went home. Its going to take 3 to 5 working days to get my £128 back. As i pointed out the purchase transaction is instantaneous so why cant they make refunds. Worried i wont get my money back. Avoid like the plague!!!!!
Very strange experience...
I ordered some electrolyte tablets from them, which turned up in good time - no issues there. But when I was ordering I was offered a free extra tube of tablets because I'd spent X amount, so naturally added the free tube to my basket too. There was also some weird soup for people on a diet that I didn't want but it was free and I couldn't remove from my basket? So this huge box arrives with all this soup (plus what I actually ordered)...but then I get ANOTHER dispatch email to notify me that my free tube of electrolyte tablets was being sent from Kentucky (!) to the UK. Why on earth would they a) dispatch this separately and b) send a box with a single, small tube of electrolyte tablets across the Atlantic by air freight at (presumably) vast expense, not to mention the carbon emissions etc.?! I won't be buying from them again and will give all my unwanted soup to the foodbank. Weirdest experience I think I've ever had ordering online
