This would be zero 0 stars if able.
This company is totally disreputable, dishonest and untrustworthy.
They guarantee to deliver your battery the same day, take your money immediately and then it doesn’t happen - in my case for over 3 days. I even said I would drive the 2 hour round trip to pick it up - but they wouldn’t even agree to that!
What is almost as bad is that the salesperson is left out to dry and take the flack as the manager is too gutless and pathetic to talk directly to the customers. Everything has to be relayed to him. This company has no honour or decency. Don’t be fooled by the slightly reduced price just not worth it if you have to have your car off the road for three days waiting for them to honour their part of the deal!
And I still HAVEN’T received my battery!

In my eyes . Very poor service.
The 2 battery's i ordered apparently sat in the shop.for a week or more before shippers picked them up .fault of the shipping company sure but also pretty poor on your ability to make sure the goods got off on time . I needed the batteries for a camping trip which was ruined
Happy to take quick payment but not follow up on customer service.
Never use this company again

Not only was it the cheapest price anywhere, it was delivered FREE OF CHARGE! Where all other retailers were going to add a further $30 for standard delivery.
...and not only that... It was delivered THE VERY NEXT DAY! Not through the postal service, not through a courier. It was delivered in person, less than 24 hours after placing my online order!
This is service you just don't get anymore...
