I am sorry to see that you think we may have supplied you with an different sized product to what you have ordered. I have investigated your order and can see that you have ordered a 14ft table SKIRT from us, not a tablecloth, is it possible you are confusing us with another supplier?
I can also see that you have sent us a message to which the customer care team immediately responded too requesting some images so that they could investigate further and correct the error if it was our mistake, but we have not received anything back from you.
Please send images of the product & packaging so that we may look into this further for you.
