I have bought 2 feather flags, a gazebo and a table cloth. I’m so pleased with the whole process this company offers. Brilliant designs, excellent customer service. The materials they use is very robust and great quality. I am so happy and highly recommend Event Branding UK.

Great product, great customer service, great price, highly recommend

I enquired about a gazebo last year and sent my logo for reference. They provided me with a mock up of the gazebo with an extortionate price attached. I was then called extremely quickly (before I’d seen the emailed mock up) to see if I liked the design. I opened the mail whilst the sales person was on the phone and I said that the design was ok, but the price was too much. I also said that I didn’t need the item for several months and wanted to explore other suppliers to compare costs, which is my right as a consumer. After some further pressing sales chat I managed to come away from the call without committing to a purchase, saying I needed some time to think about it. I then got a call from Hannah. She pushed, and pushed but I held my stance and said I needed time to consider the purchase as it was very expensive. I then kept getting emails and calls demanding a decision, so I asked for my details to be deleted from their records as it was becoming increasingly harassing. I thought this was the end of the matter, but NO! Hannah rang me again to ask why I wanted my details deleted. I explained that they were harassing me and I was going elsewhere for my purchase. She agreed to remove my details. A year later and I get an email from Hannah to say my mockup and details are still on file!! Under GDPR this is illegal and I have referred the organisation to the ICO as I again asked for my details to be removed as a matter of priority. No response from them whatsoever. This company is shameful and operating illegally in respect of GDPR.

Hannah and the team were amazing from start to finish, and so patient with me while it took a little while for myself and all of our sponsors to agree on a design!

The flag is such great quality and looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

Great service. I received exactly what I purchased. This is really appreciated, after having a terrible experience with another company It is more expensive than other competitors, but you know what they say. "You get what you pay for". Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish, very slick process. I'd left it very late to order a gazebo and extras but paid for express delivery and the team got everything delivered in time for our event. Quality of the product is excellent and built to last. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, Hannah looked after us and helped each step of the way. Delivered quickly and though a parcel (table) was missing, that was soon rectified.

Very disappointing experience to be honest.

I ordered a branded gazebo & flag. The artwork they sent me showed a black background behind our black & white logo but when it arrived the gazebo was a mid grey background which is not at all in line with our brand colours.

The flag was completely grey - no black in it at all.

I tried to request a solution but was told that because I’d approved the artwork they would not take any responsibility for the error. The artwork looks completely different from the actual product I was sent.

The gazebo itself was also faulty - the frame had parts missing when we erected it. They have now sent us those missing parts but it was not well made or checked during production.

I have requested a call with a manager several times to discuss the errors with the colour but have basically been refused.

A very disappointing outcome after spending over £2000 with this company.

Brilliant, we requested delivery by the weekend and you did it with 2 days to spare, so a big thank you for that.
Service is excellent, cannot fault it

I particularly appreciated the fast and free design service. The small feather flag I ordered arrived within a week and is of a high quality. I would highly recommend this company.
