Ordered a 'flag' for my business recently. Raised a complaint as I received a thin piece of mesh, sheer fabric, cut to the wrong shape with jagged edges, without any hemming or pocket for the flag pole, strangely packaged in a huge box. I was told it would have to be returned within 24hours to receive a refund, even though the product is faulty and unusable. I said I would send it today (received yesterday) and apparently that would not be quick enough!? I do to understand why a complaint isn't genuinely acknowledged or resolved, questions weren't even answered. I am shocked and disappointed and have never received product or service so bad that I even think to write a review. Please don't waste your money!

Delivered on time, pretty good quality.

Sadly, the supporting pole broke the first time the banner was used. My polite emails asking if a replacement pole could be supplied were ignored until - after three months, they claimed it was a 'late complaint' and and offered a replacement pole as a 'goodwill gesture' that actually cost more than the normal price!

3 times I've used them, I blame myself for keeping on giving them a chance. the first 2 times were poor service but the product was good in the end even if delivered late. 3rd time the product and service were poor. I basically got ripped off. I wouldn't use them again and I recommend others don't either.

Unreliable - they tell you it'll be done by a certain day, even when checked with customer service, but then they didn't. Waste of money.

Dreadful quality, peeling, scratched, drill holes looked like someone had stabbed a screwdriver in them... appalling!

We are a small campaign group who wanted a Pull-up Banner to take to a conference. We had a basic design that needed some refinement and a workable QR Code. Print Today gave us just that. Great communication helped us through the process, we will be using them again.

Very happy with the service, James tweaked the artwork to improve image resolution. Could have been a bit cheaper, but then I would say that.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very poor quality

I ordered several hoodie tops from this company and was very disappointed with the quality.

The print was poor from the start. The hoodies were black with a white/silver design, but the finish was unclear and not well produced. After washing them, the situation got worse—the colour ran, which completely affected the overall look.

Because of how poor the quality was, I didn’t even bother returning them and just accepted it as a waste of money.

Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend.

Had a great experience. Ordered 2 magnetic vehicles signs and they were 100% as expected and delivered on time. Great communication throughout.
