Terrible customer service
Accidentally ordered the wrong juul pods, emailed if I could get a refund or exchange, they emailed me back asking for the order number and what I’d like exchanged and I replied. Never got a response back within 48 hours. After Christmas I emailed them again saying I never got a response from the previous email I sent out. No response. On December 28th the order ships out so I email again asking if they switched the product I had said to and again NO RESPONSE. They sent the package to the billing address which was different from the shipping address. I emailed them yet again about the issue with the shipping and billing addresses plus the previous issues I had. I finally got a response and they apologized and said they can offer 20% off my next order. I’m never ordering from them again.

I've been using Evelynvape for months now. Delivery is coming fast, not to mention the product. I'm always using WhatsApp for quick consultation. However, the exchange rate is so high these days that I can't buy many. I'm going to buy a lot again if it's stable!

Fraud! I ordered juul from here and it was stuck in uk for a week so o had to make another order and it came, but my first order was still not delivered its been more than 7 days its supposed to be delivered 3 to 7 business days. Although its said that it was delivered, but i did not received it. Now evelyn vape are no where to be contact they ghosted me when i i asked for a refund they keep ignoring my messages!

In regards to your first Royal Mail shipment, it shows as delivered on Monday, we just sent across the manifesto for this shipment from our backend which shows the address shipped to. We would suggest to speak to neighbours at this point to try and locate your parcel.
If no luck, we would have to speak to USPS.
